Good days
We join you in praying for good days and for life, healing, and peace over you, your family, and even your beloved pets, and we thank you for honoring the blood of Jesus in your request, for it is precious and powerful.
We hear your desire to speak life and to live free from worry, and God indeed cares about the words we speak and the peace of our minds. Proverbs 18:21 tells us, Death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit. Yet we want to gently correct two ideas that do not align with Scripture so that your faith can rest on a firm foundation. The first is the idea of speaking things into existence as if we ourselves have power to manifest or create reality. Only God speaks creation into existence, and we are called to pray according to His will and trust His sovereign goodness. 1 John 5:14 says, This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. We do not manifest our future, we humbly ask our Father who loves us and who works all things together for good for those who love Him, Romans 8:28.
The second is the desire to live in your zen. We understand you mean a place of calm and no worries, but zen comes from Eastern and Buddhist philosophy which teaches emptying the mind and finding peace within yourself. This is contrary to the Gospel. True peace does not come from emptying our minds but from filling our minds with Christ and casting our cares on Him. Philippians 4:6-7 says, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Jesus Himself said in John 14:27, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, I give to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. And Isaiah 26:3 promises, You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you. Biblical meditation is not emptying the mind but meditating on His Word day and night, Psalm 1:2.
We are encouraged that you mentioned the blood of Jesus, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and have redemption and forgiveness. Ephesians 1:7 says, In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace. It is by that blood we are healed and made whole, and by His name we can come boldly to the Father.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we thank You for Your mercy and Your blood that covers us. We lift up this dear one and their family to You, and we ask for Your healing touch upon their minds and bodies. Lord, heal every anxious thought and bring Your perfect peace that surpasses understanding to guard their hearts. We ask that You grant them good days according to Your will, not just days without trouble, but days filled with Your presence, joy, and purpose even in trials. Psalm 103:2-3 says You forgive all our iniquities and heal all our diseases, and we ask for that healing and wholeness now. We pray for their household and for their pets as well, for You care for all Your creation and the righteous care for their animals, Proverbs 12:10. We cast all worries on You, Father, because You care for us, 1 Peter 5:7, and we choose to trust You with today, for Matthew 6:34 reminds us that each day has enough trouble of its own and Your grace is sufficient. Lead them away from seeking zen and into seeking You, that their mind would be stayed on You and filled with Your Word. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, with true joy and freedom that only Christ gives. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, amen.

There is a deep and tender longing in your words for good days, for healed minds, for happiness and rest without worry, and for your household and even your beloved creatures to know peace. Such desires are not unknown to the Lord, who sees the heart and knows its cares.
The Scriptures teach that joy is indeed the proper and healthy state of the believer, and that our Lord desires our joy may be full. Yet this joy has a firm foundation and it is not the baseless fabric of a vision. The Word says, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." True peace is not found in a state of mind called zen, nor in speaking good days into existence by our own words, but through believing on the Lord Jesus Christ. As it is written, joy and peace always come through believing. Faith must be in the ground first, and then joy and peace will come of it as the soul's flower.
There are many who have a kind of joy and a kind of peace which springs from a mistake, a false peace which rests upon the sand of imagination rather than upon the rock of Divine truth. Beware of seeking joy and peace first and then calling it faith. Rather, unfeignedly trust Christ, and in the main you shall have joy and peace as the fruit of that trust.
You speak of the blood of Jesus, and blessed be that precious truth. The blood of Jesus does indeed whisper peace within, but not as a charm or as words to secure untroubled days. It whispers peace because it has made a full atonement, because Christ has risen and lives, and because pardon is secured for sinners who trust Him. That is a joy no man takes from you, a peace that may be enjoyed even when duties press and sorrows come, for to do the will of Jesus, this is rest.
And concerning healing, remember that the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing that has to do with Christ has healing virtue in it. He is able to heal the mind and the body, and He cares for all His creatures. Yet our prayer must be that His will be done and that our minds may be stayed upon Him, whether He grants bright days or days of trial, for the peace of God which passes all understanding will keep the heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this soul and this household. Grant repentance and living faith in Thy Son Jesus Christ, who alone is salvation. Wash away sin by His precious blood and speak true peace within. Keep this mind stayed upon Thee, and keep it in perfect peace. Teach us to trust Thee for daily bread and for all temporal mercies, and to find our rest not in ourselves but in Thee. Thank you for sharing your desire for good days and a healed mind for yourself, your family and the animals God has entrusted to your care. I hear your longing to be happy and to live without constant worry, and to know the power of the blood of Jesus in your daily life.
Scripture teaches that true peace is not found by looking inward for a state of zen or by trying to speak a life into existence through our own words. To be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. The world cannot receive Him because it does not see Him or know Him, and a worldly soul cannot hold Him. It depends on us to hold fast to Him with great earnestness, by setting our minds on heavenly things, so that He may direct all our affairs and keep us in security and much peace.
The blood of Jesus is not a charm for easy days without trouble. God has done far more through it. He has freed us from sin and made us servants to righteousness, putting to death the old man and leading us to immortal life. That deliverance from sin is the foundation for any healing and freedom of mind we seek. When we are freed in this way, we are brought under a kind Father and given a new dignity and a new life.
Let us pray together for what God truly promises to give.
Father in heaven, we thank you for your mercy through the blood of Jesus Christ, by which alone we are saved. We ask that you work in this household according to your will. Heal and renew minds, grant repentance and faith where it is needed, and teach all to set their minds on the Spirit and on heavenly things. Grant true life and peace that comes from knowing Christ, not a fleeting calm of this world. Guard this family, give wisdom to care well for all you have entrusted to them, and lead them to walk in righteousness and virtue, where true peace is found.
