Gods will and ways for ###s heart and mind ♥️♥️♥️

Craurath

Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your goodness and for hearing my prayers. I praise you for opening this door and leading us to connect through our video call. Thank you for guiding our steps and bringing ###s into my life.

Lord, I commit this new relationship into your hands. I ask that your will and your ways be done above all else. Please touch ###'s heart and mind. Stir a genuine romance and a deep spark within him toward me. If it is your will, let this relationship grow deep and serious, to the point where he openly and out loud declares his love for me. I pray that he sees the value in me, feels a true connection, and views me as a perfect fit for his life.

I pray that you shape him into a man with the heart of a provider—someone who is kind, loving, and ready to be a wonderful partner to me and a loving stepdad to my boys. I ask that you make a way for him to visit me soon.

Father, I lay my deepest desires before you: our future together, marriage, a petition to join him in America, and a united family with my boys as his stepsons. I trust these dreams to your perfect timing and your perfect plan. Guide our steps, protect our hearts, and let your peace lead us every day.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear your heart’s longing and lift it before the Lord with sincerity and care. First, we rejoice that you acknowledge Jesus as Lord in your prayer, this is the foundation of all true connection with God. As it is written, "For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5). It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and we pray that your relationship with God deepens as you seek His will in this matter.

Your desire for a godly marriage and a Christ-centered family is beautiful and aligns with Scripture. The Bible tells us, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord" (Proverbs 18:22). However, we must also encourage you to examine your heart and this relationship with biblical discernment. You mention a "new relationship" and a desire for romance, but we must gently ask: Is this relationship currently honoring God’s design for marriage? Are you and pursuing this connection with purity, accountability, and a clear commitment to marriage as the goal? The Bible warns against emotional or physical intimacy outside of marriage, as it says, "Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge" (Hebrews 13:4). If this relationship is not yet grounded in a mutual commitment to marriage, we urge you to guard your heart and set boundaries that honor God.

We also encourage you to surrender your timeline and desires fully to the Lord. You speak of dreams for marriage, relocation, and a blended family, but we must remind you that God’s ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). Trusting His timing means releasing control and allowing Him to work in both your life and ’s life. Pray for ’s heart to be drawn to Christ first and foremost, if he is not a believer, we must caution you against being "unequally yoked" (2 Corinthians 6:14). A godly marriage must be built on a shared faith in Jesus, or it will struggle under the weight of spiritual division.

Let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this sister and her desires. Lord, we thank You for the connection You have allowed in her life, but we ask that You would refine her heart to seek You above all else. Father, if this relationship is from You, we pray that You would make it clear to both her and . Shape into a man after Your own heart, a provider, a leader, and a godly husband and stepfather. But Lord, if this is not Your will, we ask that You close the door gently and redirect her steps toward Your perfect plan.

We pray for purity in this relationship, that both would honor You with their bodies and their hearts. If marriage is Your intention, we ask that You prepare them both spiritually, emotionally, and practically for that sacred covenant. Father, we surrender her dreams of marriage, relocation, and family into Your hands, trusting that You work all things for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). Guard her heart from idolatry, from placing her desires above Your will, and from settling for less than Your best.

Lord, we ask that You would draw to Yourself first. If he does not know You, reveal Your Son to him in a powerful way. If he does, grow him in maturity and wisdom. Give this sister patience, peace, and unwavering faith as she waits on You. May she find her ultimate fulfillment in Christ alone, and may any future marriage be a reflection of Your love and grace.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen."

In the meantime, we encourage you to seek godly counsel from mature believers who can walk alongside you in this season. Surround yourself with Scripture that reminds you of God’s faithfulness, such as Psalm 37:4-5: "Also delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in Him, and He will do this." Keep your focus on Christ, and let Him guide your steps. If this relationship is His will, He will make it clear in His perfect timing. If not, trust that He has something even better prepared for you.

Thank you for letting us hold this with you in prayer. It’s clear you long for a deep, loving connection and a secure future for you and your boys, those are tender hopes, and we’re glad you’ve entrusted them so fully to the Lord.

We find ourselves thinking of a short hospital visit a pastor once described. He went to see a man scheduled for serious surgery, and when the pastor tried to comfort him with careful, modern reassurance, the man simply looked at him and said, “I’m confident God will be with me, no matter the outcome of the operation.” That plain, steady trust, not in a certain result, but in God’s presence, lingers with us. When we bring a new relationship and dreams of marriage and family before the Father, that same quiet confidence can hold us. He is with you, and His goodness doesn’t depend on how this particular story unfolds.

While you wait and watch, it may help to focus on something already in your hands: your own walk with Jesus and the stable, loving home you’re building for your sons. Nurturing that foundation now will serve you well no matter what comes. We join you in asking God for clarity, for wise steps, and for genuine peace in the process.

Jesus, we lift up this woman and her boys. Quiet her heart with the knowledge that you see her, and give her patience as she lets you write the story. Guide her and ###, and grant them both wisdom and clear direction. Most of all, help her rest in your steady love today. In your name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have poured out your heart before the Lord, and that is well, for He bids us bring our requests to Him. Yet take heed that your prayers do not become a subtle attempt to twist the Almighty’s arm to your own design. God’s thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are His ways your ways. You ask that He would stir a romance and a deep spark in this man’s heart toward you, that he should openly declare his love and view you as a perfect fit for his life. But what if the Lord, in His unerring wisdom, sees that this is not the path of true blessedness for either of you? Would you still say, “Not my will, but Thine be done”? A heart that has God’s Law written upon it delights to submit every affection and every hope to the King’s own pleasure. It is no small thing to ask the Holy One to shape a man into a provider and a stepfather according to your image of what that should be. Has He not said, “I will take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh”? And can He not do that in His own time and way, without our dictating the precise manner of it?

Beware lest your desires become idols, and the prospect of marriage and a life in America become a snare to your soul. The heart is deceitful above all things; it will chase after a shadow and call it substance. Examine your own breast. Do you sigh more for this man’s affection than for the smile of your God? Is your peace staked on the hope that he will soon visit and declare his love? If so, you are building on sand. True rest is found when a sinner’s will is swallowed up in the will of her Redeemer. That is the blessed man whose strength is in the Lord, not in the schemes of a tentative romance.

I do not chide you for desiring a godly companion and a father for your boys; these are lawful and tender longings. But I plead with you to put the Lord first, to wait at His footstool rather than to run ahead with your petitions as if heaven must bow to your plan. The God who divided the Red Sea can open a door that no man can shut. If this union is of Him, all the hardness of heart in the world cannot hinder it. If it is not, no amount of wishing will make it pure. Lay your deepest desires before Him, yes, but then leave them there, crucified upon the cross of Christ. In that sacred sacrifice alone is there safety for your soul and wisdom for your path. Trust His timing. Delight yourself in Him, and He will either give you the desire of your heart or change that desire until it is conformed to His own.

You prayed that God’s will be done above all else. Then mean it. Go now and say, “Lord, if this cup may not pass from me except I drink it, Thy will be done. Only write Thy Law on my heart, and let me love what Thou commandest and desire what Thou dost promise. I would rather have sanctified sorrow than unsanctified success.” That is the language of faith, and it is the only safe resting-place for a soul as needy as yours and mine.

You pour out your heart in prayer, and this is good, for in everything we should make our requests known to God. Yet take heed that your desires be conformed to His will, not merely that His will be made to serve your longing. For you say, “Touch his heart, stir a deep spark within him toward me, let him declare his love,” and these things you ask as if the chief end of marriage were a pleasing emotion. But the Scripture bids us seek first a husband who fears the Lord, who is gentle, who has true understanding, not one whose wealth or charm promises a fleeting delight. I would have you recall the servant of Abraham, who, sent forth to find a wife for Isaac, did not look for a woman of striking beauty or quick passion, but prayed: “Whomsoever Thou wilt, do Thou provide.” He entrusted the matter wholly to God, and the Lord brought Rebekah, a woman of virtue and readiness to serve. Do you likewise. Instead of pleading for romance and a spark, plead for a man whose heart God has shaped, a protector and a head for your household, one who will love your children not with worldly sentiment but with the fear of the Lord.

Be not anxious about the outcome, as if your future rested on his swift visit or his open declaration. “Be not thoughtful about your interests, but leave them to God. For if you are thoughtful about them, you are thoughtful as a man; but if God provide, He provides as God.” This is not to say that you should abandon hope, but that you should hold it loosely, busying yourself instead with what lies plainly before you. Are you providing for your own household? Are you training your boys in holiness and self-control? If you wish to be a wife, first be the woman such a husband would seek: grave, orderly, given to prayer and good works, not distracted by vain fancies of romance. Marriage is no impure state, but it brings many cares; only a soul already anchored in Christ can navigate those cares without shipwreck of faith.

I do not dismiss your desire for marriage. The Apostle says, “Follow peace with all men, and holiness.” In marriage, holiness is preserved when a man cleaves to his own wife and she to him, and when their union is grounded not on shifting passions but on mutual reverence for Christ. The spark you crave is but a vapor unless it be kindled by the Spirit. Remember the wedding at Cana: the best wine came last, and it was made by Christ, not drawn from the shallow wells of human attraction. If this man is to be your husband, let the Lord be the one to reveal it in time, and let the proof be a sober, steady love that seeks your sanctification, not merely a declaration that tickles the ear.

So I urge you: amend your prayer. Ask not so much for a spark as for a man after God’s own heart, a provider who will lead your family in the ways of the Lord. Pray that you yourself may grow in the quiet virtue which adorns a godly wife. And then, like Abraham’s servant, bow before the Lord and say, “Whom Thou wilt provide, even him bring into my life, and make me willing to wait upon Thy perfect timing.” If it be His will that this man should come, no distance shall hinder; if not, He will give you something better than a thwarted longing. Do not let your heart cling to a particular outcome, but let it rest in the goodness of Him who knows your needs before you ask. He who feeds the ravens and clothes the lilies will not fail to care for a widow, or for a mother with children, who trusts in Him.

It is good that you have placed this relationship before the Lord and asked for His will to be done above all else. That desire to see His hand at work is the right starting point, but we must also remember that God does not want a half-hearted connection, either with Him or in the relationships we form. The life He calls us to is one of wholehearted surrender, where His Spirit writes His law on our hearts and leads us from within.

You have asked for this man’s heart and mind to be stirred toward you, and for a romance that grows deep and serious. Those longings are natural, for marriage is part of God’s design for many. But the Scriptures are also clear that a believing woman is free to marry “only in the Lord.” That does not mean just finding someone who believes in God; even the demons do that. It means being yoked with someone who has entered into a vital, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ, someone whose sins are cleansed, who has been born again of the Spirit, and who is learning to walk in love as Christ loved us. Without that shared foundation, a home can become filled with strife rather than the peace God intends.

So the most important question right now is not whether he feels a spark, but whether both of you are abiding in the true Vine. Is his faith centered on the finished work of the cross? Is your own heart delighting in God’s Word like a tree planted by streams of water, so that His guidance becomes clear? When we seek God’s will, He often speaks not through sudden emotional signs but through the settled conviction that comes from meditating on His promises and being led by the Spirit.

Guard against the temptation to rush ahead of the Lord. A relationship built on genuine, covenant love is far different from one driven by temporary desire. The man you describe, kind, loving, ready to be a faithful partner and a good stepdad to your boys, is exactly the kind of character God can shape, but only if that man himself is yielded to the Spirit’s work. No amount of prayer can override another person’s free will or substitute for their own walk with Jesus. So keep praying, yes, but also keep watching for the fruit that comes from a life truly surrendered to Him.

As you entrust your future to God, remember that His word is sure. Heaven and earth will pass away, but His promises will never fail. That means you can rest in His timing, even when it feels slow. He who has begun a good work in you will be faithful to complete it. Let your faith shield you from the enemy’s attacks of fear and impatience. Instead of trying to make something happen, focus on walking in love, building a home filled with grace, and modeling for your boys what it looks like to trust the Lord completely.

A covenant relationship, whether with God or in marriage, is meant to be a reflection of His faithful love. It thrives not on fleeting feelings but on sacrifice, forgiveness, and daily dependence on the Spirit. If this relationship is of the Lord, He will make it plain, and He will give you the wisdom to proceed step by step. If it is not, He will protect your heart and redirect your path. Either way, you can be confident that He is working for your good.

May the peace of Christ rule in your heart as you wait, and may you experience the deep joy of knowing that your life is hidden with Him. Keep delighting in His law, and whatever you do, may it flow from a full, not half-hearted, love for your Savior.
