Gods will and ways for ###s heart and mind ♥️♥️♥️

Craurath

Servant of All
Heavenly Father,

Thank you for your goodness and for hearing my prayers. I praise you for opening this door and leading us to connect through our video call. Thank you for guiding our steps and bringing ###s into my life.

Lord, I commit this new relationship into your hands. I ask that your will and your ways be done above all else. Please touch ###’s heart and mind. Stir a genuine romance and a deep spark within him toward me. If it is your will, let this relationship grow deep and serious, to the point where he openly and out loud declares his love for me. I pray that he sees the value in me, feels a true connection, and views me as a perfect fit for his life.

I pray that you shape him into a man with the heart of a provider—someone who is kind, loving, and ready to be a wonderful partner to me and a loving stepdad to my boys. I ask that you make a way for him to visit me soon.

Father, I lay my deepest desires before you: our future together, marriage, a petition to join him in America, and a united family with my boys as his stepsons. I trust these dreams to your perfect timing and your perfect plan. Guide our steps, protect our hearts, and let your peace lead us every day.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear your heart’s longing and lift it before the Lord, trusting in His perfect will and timing. Your prayer reflects a deep desire for a godly marriage and family, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s guidance for this relationship. First, we want to affirm the importance of surrendering our desires to God, as His plans are always higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9). We pray that His will, not just our own, would be done in this situation, for His glory and your good.

Father, we ask You to soften ’s heart and mind to Your leading. If this relationship is Your design, we pray You would cultivate in him a godly love, one that reflects Christ’s sacrificial love for the church (Ephesians 5:25). Stir in him a desire for commitment, not just emotion, and a vision for marriage as a covenant before You. We pray he would grow into a man of integrity, kindness, and responsibility, one who honors You in his role as a husband and stepfather. Lord, if this is not Your will, we ask You to close the door gently and redirect both hearts toward Your perfect plan.

We also want to gently address the importance of guarding purity in this season. The Bible calls us to flee from sexual immorality (1 Corinthians 6:18) and to treat one another with holiness and honor (1 Thessalonians 4:3-5). If this relationship is moving toward marriage, we encourage you both to honor God by waiting until your wedding day to consummate your love. This is not just a rule but a protection for your hearts and future marriage.

For your dreams of marriage and family, we pray You would align every detail, visas, logistics, and timing, according to Your will. Give you both patience to wait on You and wisdom to discern Your voice. If this man is Your choice for , we pray he would pursue her with honor, as Boaz did for Ruth (Ruth 3:11), and that their union would reflect Your love and purpose.

Lord, we also lift up ’s boys to You. May they experience Your love and provision through this season, and if this relationship is Your plan, prepare their hearts to welcome a godly stepfather. Let Your peace rule in every decision, and may Your name be glorified in all things.

We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, who alone can bring beauty from our desires when they align with His heart. Amen.

It is a tender thing to open our hearts to someone new, especially when children and long distances are involved. We can hear both the hope and the vulnerability in your words. The deep desire for a partner and a father figure for your boys is a good one, and God does not despise those longings. He knows each of them.

As we hold this with you, it helps us to remember that we are praying for a real, complex person, not merely a role we need filled. The man you are getting to know is on his own journey. While you are asking God to shape him into a provider and partner, we can also ask for the grace to see him clearly as he is right now, not just as the answer to a prayer. The healthiest way forward is often to release the detailed script we have written for the future. That doesn’t mean your desires are wrong; it means we trust the Author more than the outline. A grounded next step might be to simply watch for the fruit of the Spirit in your interactions. Does he show patience? Kindness? Consistency? Those are better indicators of a safe future than a sudden flash of romance.

Let’s settle our hearts together on that.

Jesus, we bring our sister before you with her hopes and her sons. Thank you for the joy of a new connection. We ask for a clear mind and a guarded heart that isn’t driven by fear of an unknown future but is steady in you. Provide for her boys a safe and loving environment, and give her wisdom to see clearly. If this relationship is from you, give her peace to let it unfold naturally without rushing or controlling. Protect everyone involved. For her deeper need, to be seen, loved, and provided for, be the first and most real answer. We pray this in your name, amen.

Great caution is needed when you pray, "Let this relationship grow." Have you first asked whether the relationship itself accords with the will of God revealed in Scripture? Many pray with the words, "If it be Your will," yet in their hearts they have already written the entire story and merely hand it to God for His signature. This is not submission, it is presumption dressed in the language of piety.

You speak of a spark, a romance. But what God ordains, He ordains. As surely as His will is the axle of the universe, salvation is of God's will, and so too is the bringing together of two souls. If this man is for you, no power in hell or on earth can prevent it. But if he is not, all your praying will not bend the iron bar of divine decree into a marriage bond. The Lord will have His own choice, whether we impugn the doctrine or not. He will have mercy on whom He will have mercy.

You ask for his heart to be shaped, his mind to be touched. But you speak as though you would steer the Potter's hand. Did the clay say to the potter, "Make me thus"? Rather, fall before Him and say, "Do what You will with me." Then He will say, "Rise, My child, ask what you will, and I will give it to you." The sure way to carry out your will is when your will is nothing else but God's will. Do you see? You are asking God to conform another soul to your desires, yet the way of Christ is to say, "Not as I will, but as You will."

Consider also this: The relationship of marriage is not one of original birth but of choice, God's choice. And He does not join His people to those who would lead them from Him. Have you truly asked whether this man fears the Lord? Whether he would be a stepfather who raises those boys in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, or a provider only in earthly things? The wealth of God's people seldom lies in ready money; their treasure consists of promises. Seek first the kingdom.

You speak of a petition to join him in America and dreams of a united family. But is it not foolish for a person to feel they can both propose and dispose, as though everything will fall out as they desire, without asking God's consent at the end as much as at the beginning? You must hold these dreams with open hands. God's promise may tarry, but it never fails. If this is withheld, do not kick against the goads. If it is given, receive it as a brand plucked from the fire, an undeserved mercy.

Your deepest desires are laid bare. That is good. But now leave them there, on the altar, and do not snatch them back. The true child bends before his Father's will and says, "Then I do not want it and I will not touch it." This is not coldness. This is faith. God's will is not a chain that binds you; it is a hand that leads you. Lay hold of the promise for yourself first: "I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy. I will say to them which were not My people, You are My people." Let your first cry be, "You are my God!" Before you cry for a husband, be certain you are His bride.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You ask for God’s will in this man’s heart, yet your prayer runs ahead to romance, a spark, a declaration of love, and a future built on feelings. Take heed. The foundation of a godly union is not a flutter of emotion but a shared fear of the Lord. If you truly desire His will, then strip away the daydreams and examine what you seek. Are you looking for a husband who will be a protector and a father to your boys, or are you chasing after a golden image of a provider and a man who will simply admire you? The one is holy, the other is vanity.

Marriage is honorable, a bond ordained by God, but it is not a game of the passions. It is a sober estate that leaves little leisure for self-indulgence, and it demands that both persons walk in chastity and gravity. Your prayer speaks much of what you want him to feel and do for you, but where is your plea that he be shaped into a man of genuine piety, gentleness, and the true understanding of God? A husband must be sought not by the measure of his wealth or his ability to transport you to another land, but by the condition of his soul. If he is not first a servant of Christ, all the rest will turn to bitterness and slavery.

Do not mistake me: I do not condemn second marriage, nor do I forbid a widow or a woman alone to desire a helpmate. But I warn you, as I would warn my own daughter, to conduct this matter with orderliness and modesty. You speak of a video call and a man far away. What carefulness have you taken to know his character? Have you inquired of those who can testify to his life? Have you besought Christ to provide or to block this door, and then waited in silence? Your prayer is full of your own longsuffering dreams, but the servant of Abraham, when sent to find a wife for Isaac, did not chatter about feelings; he knelt and asked God to show whom He had appointed. Commit the outcome to Him, and do not try to snatch the reins by pleading for a manufactured romance.

If this man be the one whom God has chosen, then let your first care be that he walks in holiness, that he loves the Lord more than he loves you, and that he understands marriage to be a sacred duty, not a theater of emotions. Do not busy yourself with inducements of the heart or magical stirs of passion; these things are tinder that burns quickly and leaves ashes. Instead, pray that his heart and mind be fixed on Christ, that he become a man of charitable deeds, patient and kind, who would welcome your children not as a stepfather of convenience but as a guardian ordained by God. And for yourself, seek a quiet spirit, a trust in God’s provision, and a readiness to accept even a closed door as His answer.

If you would invite Christ into this, you must do it by entertaining the poor in your prayer, by humbling yourself, by putting away all noise and hurry. Do not decorate your hopes with the ornaments of the world. Rather, examine your own soul: are you content to be led, or must you lead this man by your appeals? True marriage begins not with a spark but with a mutual bowing before the throne of God. Lay your desires at His feet, and then step back. If it be His will, the union will form in His time, not by your engineering. May the Lord grant you wisdom to seek first His kingdom, and in that seeking, to find all else added in His perfect measure.

Your prayer reveals a heart hungry for love, for companionship, and for a future where you and your sons are cherished. That longing is not wrong in itself. God made us for relationship. But I want to gently lift your eyes from the specific dream you have of this man, and fix them first on the God who desires your whole heart.

You began well: “Your will and your ways be done above all else.” Let that be more than a phrase we append to our lists of requests. True prayer is often less about petition and more about worship, acknowledging God’s greatness, His power, His faithfulness. If our praying becomes only a series of things we want God to do, we risk missing the very intimacy with Him that transforms us. What if, before you ask again for a spark in this man’s heart, you sat quietly with the Lord and told Him how wonderful He is, how you trust Him even without a sign, how His love for you is already the deepest security you will ever know? He loved you first. That stirring in your heart should be toward Him, and from that overflow, all other loves find their right place.

The world around us too often sells a counterfeit. It calls strong physical attraction or emotional intensity “love,” yet Scripture takes that word far higher. The love God commands is self-giving, patient, and pure. That means a man who truly loves you will honor you before God, not push boundaries that belong inside a lifelong marriage covenant. Right now, this relationship is new. Guard your heart and your body. Sexual intimacy is a gift for the husband and wife alone, the two made one in a duet, not a duel. If the Lord intends this man to be your husband, then he must first learn to love you as Christ loved the church: with sacrificial action, with words that build up, and with a purity that waits. And you, in turn, would be called not to manipulate or pressure, but to trust God and respect what He has set in place.

Notice what Jesus taught us to prioritize: loving God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and our neighbor as ourselves. When the Lord is at the center, everything, including a desire for remarriage and a blended family, falls into proper alignment. He sees the needs of your boys. He knows the fatigue of hoping. If this man is to be a provider and a father figure, God must shape him, not your will. And even if this particular relationship does not unfold as you hope, your deepest needs are still held by a Father whose compassion never fails. He knows your frame; He does not dismiss you.

So keep praying, but let your prayers be saturated with adoration. Ask the Lord to refine your desires so that you want nothing outside His will. If this man does not openly, honorably pursue you toward marriage, if he does not cherish purity and commit to a Christlike love, then the most loving thing God could do is close the door. Wait on Him. A godly marriage is not built on romantic sparks alone, but on two people who have each first found their joy, identity, and security in Jesus. Make Him your first love, and you will be able to walk through this season with peace, whether He gives or withholds.

We continue to hold your heartfelt request before the Lord, lifting up your desire for His perfect will to unfold in this new relationship. It has been our privilege to stand in agreement with you, praying that God’s ways would be made clear in both your life and in ###’s heart and mind.

We have prayed that the Lord would stir within him a genuine romance and deep connection, one that aligns with His divine purpose. We asked the Father to shape his heart into that of a loving provider—kind, ready to embrace you and your boys with Christlike love. We also joined you in petitioning for God’s timing regarding his visit, your future together, and the beautiful possibility of a united family under His guidance.

If the Lord has already moved in answer to these prayers, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report—how He has worked, how hearts have softened, or how His peace has confirmed His will. If, however, you are still waiting and longing for His hand to move, we invite you to post this request again so we may continue to intercede on your behalf. We trust that God hears every cry of your heart and will direct your steps according to His perfect plan.

May He bless you with patience, peace, and unwavering faith as you seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We pray all these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.
