God's Way

I've been asking for prayer for my marriage for some time on this site, but today it's a mixture of a praise report and a prayer request.

God has been working on me and husband, and even postponed the divorce 3 times. No, my husband is not home yet, but God has been making a way! I have learned to put my total trust and faith in Him and He is bringing me through everything! My 9-year-old ended up with strep that went into his lungs and bloodstream last week. He was on the brink of death. He has been in ICU for a week now and just yesterday they took the breathing tube out. The whole time he was fighting, I felt at peace with it because I knew this was all for a reason and that Jesus had His hand on my sweet little man. I have had the opportunity to spend this past week with my husband and most of the time alone. He has been able to see the change in me and I have been able to be his helpmeet like I am called to be. God's way is the only way!

Please pray for my son's recovery and for my marriage.

Lord we come to You seeking answers to our problems. We know not why things happen. But if You Lord bring us to it. You Lord will bring us through it. It is written. Help us to have Faith that you Will answer all prayers in Your Perfect Timing. In Jesus Christ name we pray. Amen.
