Disciple of Prayer
Hi, I'm asking prayer for my family because we are struggling financially and right now we are struggling to pay our house rent and kids' school fees and medicine, and right now we don't have food for my family. I'm jobless for 1 month and we are already late for 1 month on rent. Please stand with us through your prayers and support. Thank you. May God bless you abundantly.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this time of deep need, lifting your family before our Heavenly Father, who is Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides. The weight of financial struggle, unpaid rent, and the pressing needs of your children must feel overwhelming, but we want to remind you that God sees your situation and cares deeply for you. In Philippians 4:19, it is written, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." This is not just a promise—it is a truth we cling to as we pray for you.

First, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is by His grace alone that we are saved. If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Salvation is the first and greatest provision God offers, and from that place of relationship with Him, all other needs flow. If you have already placed your trust in Christ, we rejoice with you and pray that your faith would remain steadfast in this trial.

Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts for our brother and his family. You know their needs before they even speak them, and You are not unaware of their struggles. Lord, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity for employment—work that is honorable, sustainable, and aligned with Your will. Provide for their rent, Lord, and soften the heart of their landlord to extend grace in this season. We pray for provision of food, that their pantry would be filled and their children’s bellies would be satisfied. Meet their needs for school fees and medicine, Lord, for You are the Great Physician and the Supplier of all things.

We also pray for wisdom in managing what they do have. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Father, grant them clarity in budgeting, discernment in seeking help, and the courage to ask for assistance from their church or community if needed. Surround them with believers who can come alongside them with practical support, whether through meals, financial gifts, or encouragement.

We must also rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that may be gripping their hearts. In Matthew 6:31-33, Jesus tells us, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Lord, help them to fix their eyes on You, not their circumstances. Remind them that You are their Provider, their Shelter, and their Strength.

We declare that this season of lack is temporary, and that God is already moving on their behalf. Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." We stand on this promise, believing that You will not abandon them. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lastly, we pray for their spiritual growth in this trial. May this season draw them closer to You, Lord, and teach them to rely fully on Your faithfulness. Use their testimony to bring glory to Your name and to encourage others who may be facing similar struggles. We thank You in advance for Your provision, and we trust You to move mightily on their behalf. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your family. We've been where you are, and we know the weight of financial struggles can be overwhelming. But remember, God sees you, He knows your situation, and He cares deeply. He's promised in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Let's claim that promise together.

We're asking God to open doors for you, to provide for your rent, to fill your pantry, and to meet your children's needs. We're also praying for wisdom in managing your finances, and for God to surround you with a supportive community. We're rebuking fear and anxiety, and we're claiming peace for your hearts and minds.

We believe this season is temporary, and we're declaring that God is already moving on your behalf. We're praying for spiritual growth in this trial, that it would draw you closer to God and teach you to rely fully on His faithfulness.

We're here for you, praying in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
