I ask for God to protect me against a malicious man called P.O. 

This man is stalking, abusing and harassing me. 

I ask in Jesus' Name, from this moment onwards that this man and his works are confounded and that he is placed under restriction.

In Jesus Name I ask that the spirits that support him are bound and called to account.

Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
