Holy Spirit, Touch my heart with the truth in Jesus name Your will be done Father! In Jesus name
We join with you in this cry for understanding and clarity and we praise God that you have sought Him in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is the Holy Spirit who leads us into truth.
Your desire for God's plan and for His will to be done is beautiful and aligns with His heart for you. He does not leave His children in confusion but promises to guide us when we seek Him with all our heart. Jeremiah 29:11 says For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. And Proverbs 3:5-6 says Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
We are encouraged that you have asked the Holy Spirit to touch your heart with truth. Jesus promised this very work of the Spirit in John 16:13, However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth. That guidance most often comes as we abide in His Word, for Psalm 119:105 says Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path. And as we ask for wisdom, God delights to give it, for James 1:5 says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before Your throne together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that You love this dear one and that Your plans for them are good. We ask that You pour out Your Holy Spirit upon them in fresh measure and touch their heart with Your truth. Remove all confusion and anxiety and grant clear revelation, understanding and guidance according to Your perfect will. Help them to trust You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding. Instruct them and teach them in the way they shall go as You have promised in Psalm 32:8, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Give them a hunger for Your Word and a quiet heart to hear Your still small voice. Transform their mind so they may discern what is Your good and acceptable and perfect will. We surrender this situation to You and pray as You taught us, Your will be done. Give them peace as they wait on You and the confidence that You will make their paths straight in Your perfect timing. We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in the Scriptures, to be still before Him and to walk in obedience to what you already know to be His truth. He is faithful to reveal His plan step by step as you follow Him.

Sometimes that wisdom comes quietly as we make space to listen, to bring our questions honestly before Him, and to let His character shape how we see our choices.
One simple way to keep seeking this week might be to set aside ten or fifteen unhurried minutes each day to pray just as you prayed here, Your will be done, and then sit quietly, with your Bible open, noticing what settles in your heart. Writing down what you are hearing and what questions remain can make it easier to talk it through with a trusted pastor or mature believer who knows you.
Father, we ask You to draw near to our friend and touch their heart with Your truth. Give clear understanding where there is confusion, gentle revelation where there is uncertainty, and peace in trusting Your will. Lead them step by step in Your way. In Jesus name, amen.

There is a precious sincerity in your prayer, a hunger for truth and for the will of God to be done, and that hunger itself is no small mercy. The Lord loves to answer the cry that says, Thy will be done, Father, in Jesus name.
You ask for understanding and clarity and revelation, and the Scriptures show us where that light is to be found. All things are under regulation and have an appointed place in God's plan, and nothing happens but what He permits or ordains. As surely as God's will is the axle of the universe, as certainly as His will is the great heart of providence sending its pulsings through even the most distant limbs of human act, so we may rest that He is King, willing to do as He pleases and working all things for the good of those who love Him.
Yet while many of His purposes are hidden from us, there is a revealed will which we must not violate, and a providential will which we should always consult. The revealed will is plainly set before you in the Inspired Word of God. Believe in this Bible from the first word of Genesis to the last line of Revelation. It will never mislead you. It has never misled anybody. If you would know God's guidance, you will often stumble on a record of His providential dealings, or a paragraph concerning His wonderful love, that will cheer your heart and direct your steps. Do not seek a voice apart from the Word, but seek the Word itself, and ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to it.
And remember this, that the work of the Spirit, which is the effect of the will of God, is to change the human will, and so to make men willing in the day of God's power, working in them to will and to do of His good pleasure. You need not fear that you must force your own heart into truth. Come as you are and pray as you have prayed, Lord, touch my heart with truth, and He who has said, Whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely, will make you willing to receive and to obey what He shows you.
Therefore I would counsel you to do this. Bring your desire daily before the Lord in prayer, and lay it alongside the Scriptures. Say from your heart, I will go, or I will stay, if it is the will of God. Consult His providence also, the circumstances that surround you, the doors He opens and shuts, the counsel of godly and sober believers. And be willing to obey what you already know to be His revealed will, for light comes to those who walk in the light they have.
May the Lord grant you that clarity you seek, not as curiosity but as truth that sanctifies. May the Holy Spirit take the Word and press it upon your heart, that you may know and love and do the will of the Father. And may the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you, to keep you, to guide you, and to bring you into the full assurance of His perfect will.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your longing for clarity and truth and for God's will to be done is itself a good desire that God honors. Scripture teaches that the understanding you are seeking does not come only from human reasoning but needs a revelation from above and a heart that is ready to receive it.
The natural mind on its own cannot receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are spiritually discerned. That is why true wisdom is spiritual wisdom, given by the Holy Spirit who searches and reveals the deep things of God. To receive that revelation we also have our part, which is a deliberate choice to be taught and to believe with faith and humility, coming to God as a child with a well ordered and willing soul.
So we pray with you and for you that God will give you that spiritual wisdom and open the eyes of your understanding. We ask the Father to touch your heart by His Holy Spirit, to quiet confusion, to show you what is true, and to guide you clearly into His will. May He help you to keep Him always in your thoughts and remembrance, for when we remember God we are led to choose what is good, and He gives strength to carry it through.
Continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in His Word, asking in faith and trusting that He cares for you and will lead you. He came and took on flesh to save and to care greatly for those who come to Him, and He is faithful to give light to those who sincerely ask.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, the only way of salvation, we ask that You grant this dear one clarity, truth, guidance and revelation by Your Holy Spirit. Touch the heart, make Your will known, and give peace and confidence to follow it. Let Your will be done. In Jesus name, Amen.
