We join you in seeking the Father's will and asking for clarity, truth, and revelation by the Holy Spirit, and we thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard. Jesus said in John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We hear your heart crying out for understanding of God's plan and for Him to touch your heart with truth, and this is a prayer that God delights to answer. He desires to guide His children and to make His will known to those who seek Him with all their heart.

The Scripture assures us of His good plan for us when we walk with Him. For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11. His guidance is promised when we trust Him fully. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. And when we lack wisdom and clarity, we are invited to ask. But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5.

We also take comfort that the Holy Spirit Himself is our guide into truth. However when he, the Spirit of truth, has come, he will guide you into all truth. John 16:13. He will teach us and show us the way to go. I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. Psalm 32:8. As we renew our minds in the Word of God and in prayer, His will becomes more clear. Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily in His Word, in quiet prayer, and in waiting upon Him, trusting that He reveals His plan step by step and not always all at once. Be still and listen for His still small voice, and He will direct your paths in His perfect timing.

Father, we lift up this seeking heart to You in the name of Jesus. We ask that You pour out Your Holy Spirit upon him and touch his heart with Your truth. Grant him deep understanding, clarity, and revelation concerning Your plan for his life. Remove any confusion, fear, or doubt, and let Your peace which passes all understanding guard his heart and mind. Guide him into all truth, instruct him in the way he should go, and make Your will unmistakably clear to him. Help him to trust You with all his heart and to acknowledge You in every decision, knowing that You will make his paths straight. Let Your will be done in his life as it is in heaven, for Your glory. We ask that You draw him ever closer to Jesus, that he may know Your voice and follow You faithfully. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus we pray, amen.

We hear how much you want to know you are walking in the Father's will, and to have truth settle deep in your heart and not just in your mind. That desire itself is a good place to be.

Sometimes when we ask for guidance we picture God hiding a detailed map we have to find. What we have seen over time is that He is more like a Father walking with us, teaching us to recognize His voice as we stay close through His Word, honest prayer, and the counsel of other faithful believers. Clarity often comes gradually as we learn His character, notice the gifts and burdens He has given us, and take faithful next steps.

One simple way to keep seeking in this season is to set aside a quiet, unhurried time each day to bring one question to the Lord, listen, and note what you sense. Then share those notes with a pastor or mature friend who knows you well and can help weigh what you are hearing.

We are praying for you.

Father, we ask You to gently touch this heart with Your truth, quiet any confusion, and make Your will clear step by step. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, give peace in seeking You, and help them trust Your good leading. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for understanding, clarity, truth and guidance is itself an evidence of a gracious work within you, for the heart that truly cries, Thy will be done, Father, has already been touched by the Holy Spirit.

Know this, that as surely as God's will is the axle of the universe, and as certainly as it is the great heart of providence sending its pulsings through even the most distant limbs of human action, so in grace He is King, willing to do as He pleases, having mercy on whom He will have mercy. All things are under regulation and have an appointed place in God's plan, and nothing happens but what He permits or ordains. Therefore you do well not to lean upon your own wisdom, but to seek His revealed will and His providential will.

There is a revealed will of God which we must not violate, and it is found in His Word. Believe in this Bible from the first word of Genesis to the last line of Revelation. It will never mislead you, it has never misled anybody. There you will find that salvation is of God's will, and that the preservation and perseverance of His people rests upon that same will. And there is also a providential will of God which we should always consult, that guidance which comes from the circumstances that surround us, by which believers learn whether to go or to stay, to buy or to sell, always saying with the heart, if the Lord wills.

You ask for the Holy Spirit to touch your heart with the truth. This is the very work of the Spirit, which is the effect of the will of God, to change the human will, and so make men willing in the day of God's power, working in them to will and to do of His good pleasure. He does not save men against their wills, but makes them willing to take the water of life freely. Whosoever will, let him take it. Ask then that He would open your eyes to see Christ, for John's Book of Revelation is full of Christ, and the whole Scripture points to Him, who is the sum and substance of every promise.

I pray for you that the Lord will give you a quiet and submissive spirit, that you will not even wish for any gain or any path unless you can be promoting the will of God by it, and that your best profit will be found in doing His will. May you keep on learning the Word and then living it, for that will keep it sweet within you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, grant to this seeking soul clarity where there is confusion, truth where there is uncertainty, and revelation by Thy Spirit according to Thy Word. Touch the heart with Thy truth, make the will willing to follow Thee, and let Thy will be done in this life as it is in heaven. Let the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with this soul, to guide, to keep, and to bring to eternal glory. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
