God's Plan for new job

I am not sure if I should take new job offer that pays substantially less or take a job I have been doing for 30 years but pays $33,000 dollars more a year. I am burned out at my job of 30 years but am wondering if I change locations will it be different for me or the same. I need God's guidance as to what to do. My husband wants me to keep looking for another job that pays more money...he feels I am settling. I think the new job offer will offer a lot in terms of promotion, however, I am not sure it will happen.

Lord bless me to grow closer to You. Bless me to daily cast off or forsake my way and my thoughts for my life to stay upon Your mercy and Your forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I will take no thought for my life trusting that You, Father God will take thought for me and take care of me (Matthew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) Daily. Thank You Lord Jesus for Your Promises!
