Please pray for God's mercy to prevail over my life. Im still hurtin from the same situations i was before i committed my life to God

Tony, God's mercies are new every morning, and so if you haven't thanked Him for it, then begin to do so, even if you feel they haven't been. One principle of the kingdom is thanksgiving opens the door to God moving because it takes the focus off our problems and puts it on Him, who supplies all we have need of. It's really important to get into the Word of God, and alot of people suggest the gospel of John. Just read it slowly and think about what it's saying, and remember to ask the Holy Spirit to give you understanding and revelation of what He is speaking. Also, knowing that you have had a change of identity is really important. Find out who you are in Christ, and who He is in You. Romans 4-8 are some of my favorite scriptures because it talks about what happened on the cross when Jesus was crucified, died, was buried, and what happened when he arose from the dead. Also, condemnation plays a big part in alot of Christian's lives because they don't understand how to discern the voice of God...there are different voices out there, the Lord's, the devil, and your own soul. I highly recommend that you listen to Jeff Turner of AWAKENING who has excellent teachings on the grace of God and what the new birth really means for Christians. They have really helped me to grow. Also, when you hear a voice constantly beating you over the head for mistakes you have made either in the past, or today, then know it's not from God. It's God's GOODNESS that lead's to repentance. When the voice keeps whispering God is angry, God is disappointed, you're not really saved, you're this and you're that, and it doesn't build you up, it's the devil. It's a process of walking it out, but always hold onto the truth that God loves you extravagantly, and you are highly favored in His sight. He sees you as the apple of His eye, and delights in you.
Father, I thank you for mercy being poured out upon Tony today, and that your grace is more than enough to carry him through. Guide his steps, place people across his path who can point him to a really good Spirit-filled church who follow the commandment to love the Lord with everything that is within them, and to love their neighbor as themselves. Bless his finances, bless him with a good job with good benefits and bring reconciliation and wholeness into relationships that have been broken. In Jesus' name I thank you for answering this prayer, because you said that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us, and if we KNOW that you hear us, whatsoever we ask, then we know we have the petitions that we desired of Him. Halleluyah!

Child of God Let’s Pray…. God I ask in Jesus’ name, walk through my home and the homes of every member of my family, (but especially my home) and please take away all our worries, doubts and fears that You will come through for us. Come through for all of us Lord Jesus. Take away all sicknesses and illnesses. Please watch over and protect us. I ask for new jobs or better jobs for those who are seeking employment. I ask for promotions, raises, and increase in our finances.
Let the spirit of peace, prosperity, good health, and longevity rest in our homes, hearts, minds, and lives. Bless us with wisdom and make us wise stewards over all that You have blessed us with. I pray that our lifestyle will be shaped by the Word of God. Bless those that are married to be faithful to one another, love one another, and respect the union of marriage. May we all acknowledge You first in all our ways and allow You to direct our footsteps. And God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer.
