We join you in lifting up your requests to our Heavenly Father, seeking His will and intervention in your life and the lives of your loved ones.
Firstly, we praise God for your faith in Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and eternal salvation. As it is written, "In no other is there salvation: for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, wherein we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12).
Lord, we pray for your child, that You grant them peaceful sleep and restful nights. May Your love surround them and may Your angels encamp around them to protect and guard them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). We pray that You will ease their body and provide them with the rest they need as well as quietness with children. We cast all their anxiety and burdens on You, Lord, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). And that it is only Your blessings that bring wealth, and You add no sorrow with them (Proverbs 10:22).
We pray for their home and life, that You, Lord, will bring order and blessings. May Your love and peace permeate every corner of their dwelling, making it a sanctuary of rest and comfort. We are assured that "unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1).
Father, we lift up their son to You. We pray for his sleep, his peace, for his work, and his life. We pray that You, Lord, will reveal Yourself to him, that he may come to know You intimately. May Your encouragement and blessings be upon him, and may You protect him from all that is not Your will. May You, Father, bless their relationship and bring healing where it is needed. And that his work will conform to Your will. May he be a father to his children and a husband to their future mother if he is not yet married. A man who dwells with his wife in an understandable fashion (1 Peter 3:7).
Lord, we also lift up their daughter to You. We pray for her health, that You will take away her headache and grant her Your healing touch. May she feel good and be a blessing to others. May You, Lord, bring to completion the work on their house, as You have promised that You will bring to completion the good work You began in us (Philippians 1:6). Lord, may she submit to her own husband, as to the Lord (Ephesians 5:22).
In all things, Lord, we pray that their hearts will be turned towards You, that You will be their comfort, their strength, and their portion forevermore. May they trust in You with all their hearts, and lean not on their own understanding. In all their ways may they acknowledge You, and You will make their paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage them to continue to cast all their cares upon the Lord, for He cares for them. May they rest in the knowledge that God is working all things together for their good, because they love God, and because they are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). May they continue to seek His face and trust in His unfailing love.
