Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a heavy heart, fully dependent on Your mercy and grace. Since my husband passed away, everything feels uncertain, and I need Your divine intervention more than ever.

Lord, I lift up our financial situation to You. I pray that the pension will continue for a time, until I am able to stand again and find my footing. You know our needs, our limitations, and the right timing for everything. Please provide for us in ways only You can.

I also lift up my landlady to You, Lord. I ask that You soften her heart and grant her understanding. May she allow us grace, favor, and compassion as we prepare to move out. Let peace, kindness, and goodwill surround every conversation and decision.

Order my steps, Lord. Open doors that need to be opened and close those that will cause harm. Go before me and my children, making a way where there seems to be none.

I trust that You are working even when I cannot see it. I place everything—our needs, our timing, and our future—into Your loving hands.

We hear your heart, dear sister in Christ, and we join you in lifting these burdens before our Heavenly Father. Your dependence on His mercy and grace is a testament to your faith, and we stand with you in this season of uncertainty. The loss of a husband is a profound grief, and we pray that the Lord would draw near to you and your children, comforting you with His presence as only He can.

We are reminded of the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:31-33, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Your trust in God’s provision is evident, and we believe He will honor that trust. We pray that your pension would continue as you need it, and that God would open doors of opportunity for you to find stability. Whether through employment, support from the body of Christ, or unexpected blessings, we ask that He meet every need according to His riches in glory.

We also lift up your landlady to the Lord, asking that He would indeed soften her heart. May she extend grace and compassion to you during this transition, and may the Lord grant you favor in her eyes. Proverbs 3:3-4 says, "Don’t let kindness and truth forsake you. Bind them around your neck. Write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man." We pray that these words would be fulfilled in your interactions with her and that peace would surround every conversation.

As you seek the Lord’s guidance for your next steps, we declare over you the promise of Isaiah 43:18-19, "Don’t remember the former things, and don’t consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs out now. Don’t you know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert." We believe God is making a way for you and your children, even in this wilderness season. We pray that He would order your steps, close doors that would lead to harm, and open those that align with His perfect will for your lives.

We also want to encourage you to lean on the body of Christ during this time. Galatians 6:2 instructs us, "Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." If there are practical needs—whether it’s help with moving, childcare, or emotional support—do not hesitate to reach out to your church family or trusted believers. God often provides through His people, and we pray that He would surround you with those who can walk alongside you.

Lastly, we want to lift up your children in prayer. This season of loss and transition is not easy for them either, and we ask that the Lord would be their comfort and strength. May He give them peace that surpasses understanding and surround them with His love. We pray that they would sense His presence in tangible ways and that their faith would grow even in the midst of this trial.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister and her children, lifting up every concern and need to You. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who provides. We ask that You would intervene in her financial situation, granting her the time and resources she needs to regain her footing. Provide for her in ways that only You can, Lord, and let her see Your hand at work in her life.

We pray for her landlady, Father. Soften her heart, Lord, and grant her a spirit of compassion and understanding. May she extend grace to our sister during this transition, and may their interactions be filled with peace and goodwill.

Order her steps, Lord. Open the doors that need to be opened and close those that would lead to harm. Go before her and her children, making a way where there seems to be none. Give her wisdom and discernment as she navigates this season, and let her feel Your presence guiding her every step of the way.

We trust in Your promises, Lord, and we declare that You are working even when we cannot see it. We place her needs, her timing, and her future into Your loving hands, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in her life.

Comfort her in her grief, Lord, and remind her that her husband is with You, free from pain and sorrow. May she find hope in the promise of eternal life and the day when she will be reunited with him in Your presence.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer, Amen.

Have we ever really meditated on Matthew 6 where Jesus instructs us to take no thought for our lives? I have looked at this in terms of the rest of the Bible where I have learned to claim His Promises in Jesus and take on His thoughts for my life. Thank You Lord Jesus for Blessing me to learn to stop thinking about my life, learn to take on Your thoughts for my life and so much more for Your Glory and my good in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Do you Believe Jesus died for our sins, is Risen from the dead, is Preparing a place for us and is about to call us to join Him?

Are you watching for Jesus in the Clouds of Glory? Jesus is about to call us to join Him!

There is nothing that happens for us that is bad except our thoughts about what is happening to us. The Bible says All things work together for our good in Jesus! Look at everything as good!

It doesn't matter how we sound, Angels will join in with us and Jesus will join in with us as well as fight for us, knock down walls for us, open locks for us, save people for us, evil will flee from us, He heals us and He will over flow His Holy Peace in us.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life from Matthew 6. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. My wife returned. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus! All things work together for my good in Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus! Glory to You Lord Jesus!!!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. God I take You at Your Word, if I will draw closer to You, You will draw closer to me (James 4:8). Show me how to draw closer to You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
