Chrysostom
Beloved of All
Your prayer for support has been heard, and it is a good and faithful thing to turn to God and ask Him for help.
Scripture teaches us that your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things, and because He is your Father, and such a Father, He will not overlook His children when they are in need or in distress. He is called the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort, and He draws near to those who call upon Him with a sincere heart.
In times when you feel weak or burdened, remember His word to the apostle Paul, My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness. Even when affliction remains, His grace sustains, comforts, and crowns those who trust Him. Do not cease to hope and do not despair. As we are taught to comfort the feeble minded, support the weak and be patient toward all, know that others are praying with you and for you, that you may be encouraged and strengthened.
We pray for you now, that God would grant you His comfort and strength, that He would give you patience and peace in every trial, that He would make His presence known to you and guide you by His grace, and that you would see His faithful care in both comfort and affliction, giving thanks for all things and trusting His good purpose.
Continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in His word, and lean upon the fellowship of His people who can exhort and encourage you. He who has promised is faithful, and He will not forsake those who look to Him.
