We hear your cry and we join with you in bringing it before the Lord, for He hears even the simplest prayer when it comes from a sincere heart. Though we do not know the details of what burdens you, God knows fully and He is near to those who call upon Him.
We want to gently share that you called upon God but did not mention Jesus, and we care deeply that you understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 and Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13 To call on the Lord in a way that saves and brings us into His presence is to call on Jesus Christ, believing that He died for our sins and rose again, and trusting Him as Lord and Savior. If you have not yet put your trust in Him, we encourage you to do so today, for He is our mediator and our hope.
We take your need before the throne together now.
Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see the heart behind these few words, God please help, and You know every detail, every fear, every need that we do not know. We ask that You reveal Yourself as our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 We ask that You would give peace that surpasses understanding as this one brings every request to You by prayer and petition with thanksgiving. Philippians 4:6-7 We pray that You would deliver, provide, comfort and guide according to Your perfect will, and that You would draw this heart closer to Jesus. Let this one know that You have promised, Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me. Psalm 50:15 We ask this in the mighty and only saving name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Your short and sighing prayer has already gone up where it will not be lost, for God hears prayer every day and every hour of the day. When you can say no more than God help, you have said enough to move the heart of Him who pleads the cause of His people. He knows your straits and your difficulties, and now is the time to exercise faith upon a living God. Your God is not worth having if He cannot help you when you want help, and He can and will help those who trust Him.
You are not far from Him if you are in Christ. We are brought near to God especially and particularly by a crucified Savior pouring out His life's blood for us. The Just died for the unjust to bring us to God, and at the mercy seat you may draw near even now. Prayer has a wonderful effect upon God. He turns at the cry that comes from the heart. Get to your chamber and there cry unto Him and cease not your cries, for if you will seek Him as for silver and search for Him as for hidden treasure, you shall surely find Him.
Come to the Lord Jesus Christ at once, just as you are. He still casts out the evil that oppresses men, He still heals the sickness of the soul, and He has said, Him that cometh to Me I will in no wise cast out. As surely as He lives He must save you if you trust in Him. Without faith it is impossible to please God, but he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Believe on Him now and live. All your transgressions, however black their cast, may be blotted out at once with one stroke of the sacred pen through His blood.

May He bring you near by that blood, keep you near, and show you that He is your God and you are His. Look to Jesus on the cross and live, for He is risen and He waits to receive all who come unto Him.
