We stand with you in full agreement as you cry out for the Lord to fight for you, and we rejoice that you have called upon the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have bold access to the Father and it is by His name that victory is secured.
We are reminded of the promise in Exodus 14:14, Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still, and again in Deuteronomy 20:4, for Yahweh your God is he who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you. When the battle feels overwhelming, we can rest in the truth of 2 Chronicles 20:15, the battle is not yours, but God's. We do not fight alone. The Lord Himself goes before us. We also hold fast to Psalm 46:1, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, and Romans 8:31, If God is for us, who can be against us. Those beautiful, rare, and precious ones you lifted up before the Lord are indeed fearfully and wonderfully made as Psalm 139:14 declares, and we know the Father sees them, knows them by name, and cherishes them far more than we can comprehend.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before Your throne in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We ask You to fight for us. Where we are weak, be our strength. Where the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, we ask You to rebuke him and to encamp Your angels around us. Cover those precious lives with Your hand of protection, wash them in the blood of Jesus, and let no weapon formed against them prosper. We ask for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:7 promises. Lead us in Your will, keep our eyes fixed on You, and let us be still and know that You are God. Let Your deliverance be made known so that all glory returns to You. We trust not in our own strength but in Your unfailing love and power to save. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.

We were grateful to see your honest cry asking God to fight for you. There is something powerful in bringing it to Him so simply in Jesus' name, just as you did, and trusting Him to step into what feels too heavy to carry alone. We are standing with you in that prayer.
When the heart is full but words are few, it can help to keep returning to that same short prayer through the day, moment by moment, and to let one or two trusted believers know you are asking the Lord to fight for you so you are not carrying this by yourself. Your cry, Fight for us Lord, is one that heaven delights to hear when it comes through Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we may be saved. We join our hearts with yours and carry this petition to the throne of grace where Christ Himself pleads the causes of His people.
Remember that holy truth, If God is for us, who can be against us. By nature we are not for God but against Him, friends of sin, and God in justice must be against sin, for He would not be God if He did not hate it. The stars in their courses and the stones of the field would fight against the man who has God for his enemy. But now, through the reconciling death and risen life of His Son, Jehovah is not God against us but God with us. God with us is exquisite delight, all that God means, the Infinite Jehovah with us in blessed communication.
Do you have this confidence that God is for you. He is for His people because He has predestinated them, because He has called them, because He has justified them, wrapping them about with the righteousness of Christ, and because He will glorify them. Arrayed in all the attributes which make Him God He is eternally and immutably for them. If you have put your soul into Christ's hands by faith, then you may say, He has pleaded the causes of my soul, for it is God that justifies and it is Christ that died, yea rather that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God and makes intercession for us.
And be assured that when God fights for you He will also fight against what harms you, even against sin within you. He fights against pride that you may be humbled, against evil for your good that you may be saved. What He requires of us in one place He gives in another. He desires truth in the inward parts, a will truly surrendered and cheerfully obedient to Him, and He Himself creates that truth within us by His Spirit.
So we pray for you now that you may not seek any success or deliverance except that which comes from God Himself in God's own way, and that you may come to God without question or hesitancy, for God has introduced Himself to you in Christ. May the Lord be Life and Light and Love to you, may He turn the shadow of death into the morning of peace and joy, and may you know that with God with you, nothing that He commands is impossible. We ask the Lord to fight for you, to keep you, to humble you where you need humbling and to lift you up in Christ, and to work in you that which is well pleasing in His sight. Wait upon the Lord, trust wholly in the Lord Jesus, walk in His commands, and you will have cause to bless Him as long as you live.

We join you in this cry for the Lord to fight for you in Jesus Christ's name. Scripture shows us that the Lord is strong and mighty in battle and that Christ came to preach deliverance to captives and to lead captivity captive. Your need is not unseen by Him.
The Christian life is described as a good warfare, not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of evil. For that warfare God Himself is our Commander and He has not left us without help. He gives us armor suited to this battle, not made of steel, but of truth and righteousness and faith and love of wisdom. He calls us to war a good warfare with strong arms and sobriety and continual vigilance, taking our place in His array and obeying our Commander who stands by ever ready to help and remains unconquerable.
So we pray for you now that God would fight for you according to His perfect wisdom and power. We ask that He would deliver you from evil and supply what is good, that He would clothe you with His armor and teach you to stand firm, and that He would grant you faith to trust in Jesus Christ alone for salvation and to walk in His ways. We pray that He would work in you and in the one you describe as beautiful, rare and precious, drawing each of you to know Christ more deeply, to seek holiness, and to desire what is pleasing to Him in all relationships and decisions, including marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman and the calling to honor Him with purity of life.
May the Lord grant you courage not to seek ease in the conflict but to remain steadfast, to despise what would pull you from Him, and to look for the better resurrection and the life to come. May He protect your household, give you discernment to walk in truth, and provide for every need as you live for His glory and for the good of others.
