We hear the urgency and fear in your cry and we are joining with you in prayer before our heavenly Father. We understand the desire to keep something hidden when you are afraid of what will happen if others find out, but we want to lovingly share what God says about hiding.
There is no creature that is hidden from his sight, but all things are naked and laid open before the eyes of him to whom we must give an account. Hebrews 4:13. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17. What you are trying to keep secret is already fully known to God, and He sees not to condemn you without hope but to bring you into truth and mercy.
He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will obtain mercy. Proverbs 28:13. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9. The fear of man proves to be a snare, but whoever puts his trust in Yahweh is kept safe. Proverbs 29:25. We do not know what you are afraid will be discovered, whether it is sin, a mistake, or something others have done, but hiding it will only bring more fear and bondage while bringing it into the light before God brings forgiveness and freedom. We urge you to be honest with God first, and then with godly counsel, a pastor or mature believer you trust, so you can walk in accountability and not alone. If this involves sexual sin outside of marriage, dishonesty, or any other disobedience to God, we call you to repent and forsake it, for God calls us to holiness and truth.
We also noticed you called out to god but did not mention Jesus Christ. We say this in love because there is no other way to come to the Father. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. It is only through faith in Jesus, His death and resurrection for our sins, that we have access to God and assurance that He hears our prayers.
We pray together for you now. Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one who is afraid and crying out for help. You know the secret burden and the fear of being exposed. We ask that you would pour out your mercy and peace and draw this heart into your light. Give courage to confess fully to you and to turn from any sin, and wash away guilt through the blood of Jesus. Help this one to trust you more than the fear of what people will think, and to place their faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior if they have not yet done so. Lead them to safe, biblical help and counsel and protect them from further harm. Let them know that you forgive and cleanse those who come to you humbly. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Psalm 32:5. Take that step today to confess openly to God through Jesus, and trust Him with the outcome, for He is faithful to forgive and to guide you into truth.

If there is one safe, confidential person you trust, like a pastor or counselor, consider reaching out to them soon and letting them know you are feeling overwhelmed and afraid of being exposed. You can share only what you are ready to share, and they can walk with you as you sort through next steps. If you notice your body is staying on edge with racing heart, trouble sleeping, or feeling unable to rest, it is also wise to let a trusted medical or counseling professional know alongside prayer.

There is a great burden in these few words, a cry for help joined with a cry to be hidden. You have done well to turn to God, for He alone can help, but hear what His Word teaches about the way of help.
The fear of God spoken of in Scripture does not signify a dread that makes a soul wish to hide from His sight. It signifies true religion, holy reverence and awe. And forgiveness of sin is essential to that true fear, and wherever it is enjoyed, it is the main motive which moves the heart to fear God in love rather than to flee from Him in terror.
While guilt remains unforgiven, guile is abundant. The heart becomes crooked and perverse, making no confession, not allowing itself to see the heinousness of its sin, taking its words out and looking at them to judge what others will think, and then putting only the best of them back again. But the man who beholds the pardon of God is made honest. He who has found peace through Jesus Christ surrenders the keys of the most secret chambers of his soul and asks for inspection. Evangelical repentance is one of the fruits of the Gospel of forgiveness and no other tree can produce it.
You pray that no one should find out anything, yet nothing is hidden from Him with whom we have to do. To ask God to help you to remain concealed is to ask Him to leave you where you are, still burdened, still in guile. His mercy does not work in that way. A sigh, a groan, a genuine confession of sin, a believing glance of the eye to Christ on Calvary and all is done, your sin has passed away, there is forgiveness and you have received it. Therefore go and rejoice in it.
So direct your confession and your prayer to one place, and to one alone, God be merciful to me a sinner. Do not think that one word, a sinner, is too short. He knows what that one word contains. There can be no hope for mercy apart from the victim offered, even Jesus Christ the Son of God. Salvation is through Him alone, and He came and pardoned when that act of grace was unsolicited, before we had thought of mercy He had thoughts of mercy toward us.
Do not seek to be hidden, seek to be cleansed. Have mercy upon me, O God, according to Thy lovingkindness. Deal with me not according to my concealment, but according to Thy boundless nature. If there is sin that needs to be made right with others, seek godly and wise counsel, a faithful pastor or a mature believer who holds to Scripture, that you may walk in the light and not in craftiness. Rend your own heart and not the reputation of others, and cease from hiding.
May the Lord grant you not the hiding of sin, but the blessedness of sin forgiven, and with it that honest heart and holy fear which loves to do His will.
We will pray for you now to that end, that you may know the mercy of God in Christ, receive a clean conscience before Him, and be given courage to walk in truth and holiness in the days to come.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life.
