Silas
Beloved of All
Your cry for help has been heard and I am joining you in prayer right now. When you say God please help me, you are doing exactly what God waits for, calling on Him with your whole heart.
The Scripture says the Lord is your shepherd. That means you shall not want for what you truly need. He makes you to lie down in green pastures and leads you beside still waters for refreshment. He restores your soul and gives strength when you have none. He leads you in right paths for His name's sake. When you acknowledge Him in all your ways, He takes your hand and guides you.
You asked that no questions should come, and I hear the fear and anxiety in that request. Fear is a tool that often stops us and keeps our eyes on the threat around us. The cure for fear is to remember the Lord. Though you walk through the valley of the shadow, you do not need to fear evil, for He is with you. His presence goes with you through the valley, and He is able to prepare a table before you even when enemies or pressures surround you. Greater is He who is with you than anything that is against you.
Do not put your trust in the arm of flesh or in human help to deliver you, for that help is vain. Your strength is to sit still before God and to wait upon Him and trust Him fully. He waits for you to cry out to Him, and when you do, He hears.
The beginning of true wisdom is the fear of the Lord, which is to hate evil and to choose His way. Seek to know Him and His wisdom as you seek for hidden treasure, cry after it, lift your voice for understanding, and you will find the knowledge of God. He gives wisdom, and out of His mouth comes knowledge and understanding.
You do not have to find a formula to save yourself or to change your situation by your own effort. When we come to the end of ourselves we cry out, who shall deliver me, and the answer is outside of us. God Himself in Jesus Christ is our deliverer. He was tempted in all points as we are, so He is able to help us in our hour of need.
I pray for you now. Father, I lift this dear one to You who is crying out for help and for peace from troubling questions. Lord, lead beside still waters and restore the soul. Take away fear and replace it with faith as this heart remembers You. Be present in the valley and let there be no terror, for You are with us. Lead in the right path for Your name's sake, pardon iniquity and give wisdom. Let Your peace guard this heart and mind. Give quietness from the fear of evil and let this one dwell safely in You. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
