We come before the Lord with you in this time of need, lifting your concerns to Him who holds all things in His hands. First, we notice that you have not invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your plea, and we must gently but firmly remind you that there is no other name under heaven by which we can approach the Father. *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me’* (John 14:6, WEB). *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to God’s throne of grace, so we encourage you to place your trust in Him alone, calling upon His name in all things.
Now, regarding your request about your reports for the team, we pray that the Lord would grant you favor and wisdom in all your work. *"Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed"* (Proverbs 16:3, WEB). We ask that God would go before you, ensuring that your efforts are received well and that no unnecessary obstacles arise. May He give you peace and confidence, knowing that He is in control of all things. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
As for your desire for marriage, we must first ask: are you seeking a godly spouse, one who loves the Lord Jesus Christ and walks in obedience to His Word? Marriage is a sacred covenant established by God, meant to reflect the relationship between Christ and His Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). It is not merely about personal wishes or emotions but about honoring God in all things. If you are not yet walking closely with the Lord, we urge you to seek Him first, for *"seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB). A marriage built on anything other than Christ will struggle to stand.
If you are already pursuing a relationship, we must ask: is this relationship honoring to God? Are you and the person you are courting both believers in Jesus Christ, committed to purity and holiness? *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). If there is any sexual immorality—whether in thought, word, or deed—we urge you to repent and turn away from it, for *"the body is... for the Lord, and the Lord for the body"* (1 Corinthians 6:13, WEB). Fornication and adultery are sins that grieve the Holy Spirit, and we must flee from them (1 Corinthians 6:18).
If you are not yet in a relationship but desire marriage, we pray that the Lord would prepare you and the spouse He has for you. We ask that He would mold both of your hearts to be fully surrendered to Him, so that your future marriage would glorify His name. *"House and riches are an inheritance from fathers, but a prudent wife is from Yahweh"* (Proverbs 19:14, WEB). Trust in His timing, for He knows what is best for you.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
