Beloved Warrior
🙏 Father, we confess with the great multitude in heaven, shouting praise, The Lord God Omnipotent Reigns, Rev 19:6... Reign! Ride forth victoriously for the sake of Truth, Humility and Justice, Ps 45:3-4! Restrain Evil, Jn 17:15, We Pray FOR All in Authority, 1 Tim 2:1-2, SALVATION in Jesus' Name, 1 Tim 2:3-4... 🙌 Father -- You are Sovereign, "having made from one man all the nations of the earth, determining BOTH their APPOINTED TIMES and EXACT BOUNDARIES of their habitation, Acts 17:26. "Surely the nations are as a drop in a bucket, regarded as the small dust of a balance," Isa 40:15.

Lifting this burden of this Earth to YOU asking YOU to restrain the evil one over Several Unruly Countries, even restrain him over all nations, Jn 16:11, asking You intercept evil plans, miraculously, as Elisha heard the king of Syria and related it to Israel, in 2 Kings 6:12, and how David knew evil had been intended against him by Saul, 1 Sam 20:3, 1 Sam 20:9, 1 Sam 20:27-42.

Bind the spirit of retaliation over these countries, Dan 10:12-13, 14. Please back the evil one off of their leaders and strategists, even using praise and worship, 1 Sam 16:23, Ps 149, Ps 149, Ps 150, et cetera, "From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the NAME of The LORD shall be praised," Ps 113:3.

Lead us, our country and our leaders not into temptation, but rather deliver them from evil, Mt 6:13, for we are not ignorant of the devil's schemes, 2 Cor 2:11, a murderer from the beginning and a liar by nature, Jn 8:44.

May the Church ACTUALLY be Your Helpmeet, Gen 2:18, Eph 5:32-33, imitating God, Eph 5:1, even Jesus, who also intercedes for us, Rom 8:34, since You ever live to make intercession for us, Heb 7:25, Jesus Christ, the visible image of the invisible God, Col 1:15, John 14:9. "We heard of Jesus of Nazareth, how He went about doing GOOD and HEALING -- ALL -- who were oppressed by the devil, for You were with Him," Acts 10:38-39, 40, 41, said Peter, who was strictly prohibited to bear false witness, as were all the apostles, Ex 20:16, and as we are too called to be a Holy Nation, and Royal Priesthood, 1 Pet 2:9. We also shall do the works He did, Mt 21:21, Mk 11:23-24, Jn 14:12, in prayer and whatever else He shows us, Jn 15:7.

Spoil the evil one's plans and tactics until they only conform to Your exact will -- and since these things are beyond our limitations, we at least make them the subject of our prayers, confessing our sins and the sins of our nation, Dan 9:20, 1 Tim 2:1-2, 3, 4. Restrain the evil one with a great chain even now in part, Dan 20:2, knowing the fullness will one day be a sight to behold, Luke 10:18, nevertheless thank You for authority, Lk 10:19, but since the devil is temporary, we more gladly rejoice in the things that accompany salvation, Lk 10:20. Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts burdened for the nations, lifting up this cry for God’s sovereign intervention over the earth. The Scriptures declare, "The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it" (Psalm 24:1). You alone rule over the kingdoms of men, setting up kings and deposing them (Daniel 2:21), and we acknowledge that no nation is beyond Your reach or outside Your authority. Father, we stand in the gap for those in leadership, pleading that You would restrain the evil one as You did in the days of Daniel, when the prince of Persia withstood Your messenger until Michael came to his aid (Daniel 10:13). Just as You revealed the schemes of Syria to Elisha (2 Kings 6:12) and the plots of Saul to David (1 Samuel 20:3, 9, 27-42), we ask You to expose and intercept every evil plan devised against Your people and the nations.

Lord, we bind the spirit of retaliation that fuels cycles of violence and vengeance, for Your Word warns that "the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God" (James 1:20). Instead, let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of leaders and citizens alike (Philippians 4:7). We pray that You would turn the hearts of kings wherever You will, as streams of water in Your hand (Proverbs 21:1), and that You would deliver them from the snares of the devil, who prowls like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). Father, we ask that You would back the evil one away from strategists and decision-makers, even as David’s harp drove away Saul’s tormenting spirit (1 Samuel 16:23). Let praise and worship rise like a fragrant offering before You, for "from the rising of the sun to its going down, the Lord’s name is to be praised" (Psalm 113:3). May the Church arise as Your helpmeet (Genesis 2:18), a holy nation and royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:9), walking in the footsteps of Christ, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil (Acts 10:38).

We confess that our own nation and the Church have not always lived up to this calling. We have sinned in thought, word, and deed, and we repent for the ways we have failed to reflect Your holiness and love. Forgive us, Lord, and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray for all who are in authority, as You command (1 Timothy 2:1-2), that they may come to the knowledge of the truth and be saved (1 Timothy 2:3-4). There is no other name under heaven by which men must be saved but the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12), and we boldly declare that salvation belongs to our God (Revelation 7:10). Father, we ask that You would spoil the enemy’s plans, turning his tactics into confusion and his schemes into futility, until every knee bows and every tongue confesses that Jesus Christ is Lord (Philippians 2:10-11).

We rejoice in the authority You have given us to trample on serpents and scorpions (Luke 10:19), but even more, we rejoice that our names are written in heaven (Luke 10:20). Thank You for the promise that one day, the devil will be cast into the lake of fire (Revelation 20:10), and every tear will be wiped away (Revelation 21:4). Until then, we stand firm in the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18), wielding the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word, and praying at all times in the Spirit. Father, we ask that You would lead us, our leaders, and our nations not into temptation but deliver us from evil (Matthew 6:13), for Yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We can feel how deeply you carry this burden for the nations and for those in authority. It is no small thing to pour out such sustained, scripture-soaked prayer, and we are truly grateful to lift our voices with yours.

What strikes us is that your prayer reflects the very priestly role Peter described for every believer. Interceding for leaders and ungoverned regions is not just a duty; it is a participation in Christ’s own intercession, which He never stops offering. That thought has steadied us more than once when we wondered whether our prayers made a difference. They do, because God has chosen to work through the faithful, persistent cries of His people.

We would simply encourage you not to carry this entirely alone. Consider sharing this burden with even one or two other trusted believers in your local church who also long to see God’s kingdom advance globally. Meeting regularly, even briefly, to name specific nations or leaders can turn a heavy weight into a much lighter one, and you may be surprised at how God answers over time.

We join you now.

Father, thank You for this person’s steadfast heart for the world. Please refresh their strength, and strengthen their hope when the news feels dark. Raise up companions alongside them to pray and to watch with expectation. We trust You to restrain evil, guide leaders, and draw many to salvation, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

The prayer of the upright is His delight, and I see here a soul pouring out its heart with an avalanche of holy texts, each one a mighty plea before the throne. You have reminded the Lord of His own word: that He made all nations of one blood, that He determines their appointed times and boundaries, that the nations are as a drop in a bucket. This is faith’s true tongue, to take God’s promises and fling them back to Him with holy insistence. Such wrestling in prayer is not in vain; it moves the hand that moves the world.

How precious it is to see you pleading for rulers and those in authority, that they might be delivered from the snare of the evil one and brought to the knowledge of the truth. The devil is a liar from the beginning, and he blinds the minds of them which believe not. But greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. Our Lord Jesus ever lives to make intercession, and in His name we have boldness to bind the strong man and spoil his house, though always in submission to the sovereign will of God. For the kingship over all creation belongs to Jehovah alone; He sits upon the flood, yea, He sits King forever. Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Yet I must stir up your pure mind by way of remembrance: it is not our many words, nor even the quoting of Scripture as a charm, that prevails, but the Spirit’s groanings that cannot be uttered, and the plea of Christ’s blood which speaks better things than that of Abel. Our prayers are as arrows, but it is the Lord who directs them to the mark. Go on, dear heart, to lay hold upon God in this fashion, but ever remember that the ground of all confidence is not our strivings, but the finished work of the Redeemer. Salvation is of the Lord, from first to last, for rulers and paupers alike. He calleth whom He will, and He will have mercy on whom He will have mercy.

Cease not, then, to give Him no rest till He establish Jerusalem a praise in the earth. The time to favor Zion, yea, the set time, may well be at hand. Pray with all prayer and supplication, watching thereunto with all perseverance, and know that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. The leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and there shall be a great ingathering, the kingdoms of this world shall become the kingdoms of our God and of His Christ. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer is fervent and filled with holy Scripture, and it is good that you lift the nations before God’s throne, for the earth is the Lord’s and all its fullness. Yet consider: the devil is fierce and besieges our salvation on all sides, and if he finds a small entrance in our own hearts, a root of anger, pride, or unforgiveness, he will soon make a broad passage for greater evils. Before you bind the spirit of retaliation over countries, examine whether retaliation or wrath lies hidden within yourself. The apostle commands that we lift up holy hands without wrath and doubting; if you make intercession for others while nursing bitterness, you provoke God rather than appease Him.

Remember that the work of salvation consists not in doing evil, but in suffering evil, and in imitating the One who ever lives to make intercession for us. He intercedes not only for the righteous but for sinners, and He taught us to pray for our enemies. If you desire to be a helpmeet of the Lord in prayer, let thanksgiving rise in you for all things, even for what seems grievous, for God dispenses all for our good, including the trials that humble us. Lowliness of mind is the root of every virtue; haughtiness is a disease worse than dropsy. Do not trust in your own strength or knowledge of Scripture, for the wise in his own conceit has less hope than a fool.

Therefore, pray boldly for leaders and nations, but with a watchful eye on your own soul. Spoil the wicked one’s plans first in your own members: mortify anger, put away pride, and forgive as you have been forgiven. Then, standing in the grace of Christ who is able to save to the uttermost, your intercession will be a sweet savor, and you will not neglect so great a salvation while seeking it for others.

You have laid a weighty and timely prayer before the Lord, and the very burden you carry shows that His Spirit is stirring intercessors in these darkening days. Scripture calls us to lift up all who are in authority, and you have done that with fervor and faith. The sovereign God who fixes the boundaries of nations and the span of their years hears when His people cry out against the flood of evil.

From the prophets we learn that God often warns a nation before judgment falls. He sends His word again and again, saying, “If they will listen and turn every man from his evil way, I will relent of the disaster I planned for them.” That means our prayers are not wasted breath; they may be the very means by which space is given for repentance. Yet we also must face a hard truth: when a society reaches the point where its leaders hate good and love evil, where laws are twisted to punish righteousness and celebrate depravity, it is rushing toward collapse. No nation can survive long when it calls light darkness and darkness light.

We do not despair, though, because the preserving salt of the church still remains. The restraint you are praying for flows, in part, through the presence of believers who refuse to bow to the spirit of the age. Even one person walking in the light pushes back the shadows. Your intercession, combined with a life set apart, becomes a conduit for God’s mercy. He is too pure to look on evil, yet He laid the iniquity of us all on Christ, and for His sake He often holds back what our sins deserve.

Do not underestimate the power of praise and the pleading of the righteous. When David sang, the tormenting spirit lifted from Saul. When the church prays, strongholds are shaken. But remember that our authority in prayer rests on a prior foundation: we must personally take the cup of salvation again and again. Communion with God, honest confession, and a joyful dependence on Jesus, those open the door for our prayers to be heard. The Lord is not a distant monarch; He is our shepherd, our guide through the darkest valley, and we need not fear any evil because He is with us.

The nations may rage and plot, but their plotting only accomplishes what God has determined. He rides forth for the sake of truth and humility and righteousness. The day is coming when violence will no longer be heard, and our walls will be called Salvation and our gates Praise. Until then, you are right to pray that the church would be a true helpmeet for the Lord, doing the works He did and confronting the schemes of the murderer from the beginning.

So continue to stand in the gap, confessing the sins of your people as Daniel did, and asking God to intercept evil plans. Ask Him to confuse the counsels of the wicked and to grant our leaders either conversion or removal. And let your heart be strengthened by this: the Lord is your strength and your song; He has become your salvation. The victory is already won in Christ, and though the battle rages, the outcome is sure.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the sacred privilege of standing in agreement with you in prayer for the nations, their leaders, and the restraint of evil across the earth. Your request moved our hearts as we joined you in lifting these burdens before our sovereign Lord, who reigns over all creation and holds the nations in His hand like a drop in a bucket. We prayed fervently, just as you did, that the spirit of retaliation would be bound, that evil plans would be intercepted and spoiled, and that the Church would rise as a true helpmeet to the Lord, walking in the authority and love of Christ.

As the days have passed, we continue to hold these prayers close, trusting that the Lord is at work in ways we may not yet see. If He has answered in ways that bring peace, protection, or divine intervention, we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so that we may rejoice with you. If the battle still rages and the need remains, we invite you to post this request again so that we may persist with you in prayer, standing firm on the promises of Scripture and the power of our intercessor, Jesus Christ.

We are reminded that our fight is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of darkness, and so we do not grow weary in praying for truth, humility, and justice to prevail. May the Lord continue to guide and guard the hearts of leaders, restrain the works of the evil one, and empower His Church to walk in the good works He prepared in advance for us to do. We lift this all to You, Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, who ever lives to make intercession for us. May His peace and strength sustain you as you continue to seek Him. Amen.
