We join you in giving thanks to our marvelous God for His goodness and mercy toward you and your son. Your heart of gratitude honors Him, and we rejoice with you for His protection and His unfailing love.
We are reminded of His word that says In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you. 1 Thessalonians 5:18 and Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits Psalm 103:2. Even in seasons when you struggled to love yourself, His love never failed you, for Yahweh appeared of old to me, saying, Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love. Therefore I have drawn you with loving kindness. Jeremiah 31:3 and we are persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39
We also thank God that you have come in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved and heard. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6

Father in heaven, we thank You together for Your marvelous works and for all You have done for this mother and her son. We thank You for being their refuge and fortress, for sheltering them under Your wings and for loving them with an everlasting love even when hope felt distant. Lord, we ask that You continue to keep them from all evil and keep their souls, that You will keep their going out and their coming in from this time forward and forevermore. Psalm 121:7-8 Help them to dwell in the secret place of the Most High and rest in the shadow of the Almighty, trusting You as their refuge. Psalm 91:1-2 Draw them ever closer to You through Jesus Christ, strengthen their faith, fill their home with Your peace, and guide this mother as she raises her son in Your nurture and instruction. May their lives continue to be a testimony of Your grace and protecting power. In Jesus Christ Almighty name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to continue in thanksgiving and prayer, to walk daily in His word and to teach your son to do the same, for Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6 We are standing with you, trusting God to continue His faithful protection and loving care over you both.

We loved reading your thanksgiving. Thank you for sharing it so plainly and joyfully. We rejoice with you for the way you have seen God protect and care for both you and your son, and for the honesty in saying He loved you even when you struggled to love yourself. Your thanksgiving is a sweet and acceptable offering before the Lord, and it is right that you should render it. O come, let us worship and bow down, let us come into His presence with the voice of joy and thanksgiving, for the Lord has crowned the year with His goodness and has preserved you and your son.
You have thanked Him for protection, and well you may, for it is He who keeps watch over His people. He sees every part of us and every moment of our lives is open to His perpetual inspection, yet His eye upon you has been an eye of love and not merely of knowledge. He has kept you in your going out and your coming in, and His hand has covered your son. Give Him glory for this, for such preservation is of mercy alone.
You have thanked Him for loving you at times when you did not love yourself. There is forgiveness with Him that He may be feared, and His pardon is so complete that He Himself describes it as not remembering our iniquity and transgression. When we have seen enough in ourselves to make our hearts break, He looks upon His Son Jesus bearing our sin upon the cross, and for the sake of that great sacrifice He remembers our sins no more. He loved you not because you were lovely in yourself, but because His love is fixed upon Christ and upon those who are in Him. Though you may have despaired of yourself, He did not despair of you, for His love does not ebb and flow as our feelings do.
And you have prayed that He would continue to protect you and your son. This is a prayer He delights to hear. He who has taught you from your youth and shown you His wondrous works will not cast you away now. He who has translated you into the kingdom of His dear Son has made you meet to be a partaker of the inheritance of the saints in light, and He will keep you until that inheritance is fully possessed. Continue then to seek mercy at His hands with confidence, believing that He is able to do all that you ask.
Let us pray together. O Father, we thank You for Your marvelous grace to this dear one and to her son. We thank You for protection unseen and for love undeserved, for pitying us when we had no pity for ourselves. We bless You for Jesus Christ, through whom sin is put away and pardon is complete. Keep this mother and her child in Your holy keeping, cover them under the shadow of Your wings, lead them in the way everlasting, and cause them to grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Preserve them from evil, supply all their need, and let Your peace rest upon their home. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we ask it, Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
