Beloved of All
Lord will u get me married soon. I am waiting on my sister pls get her married. pls lord. my parents are getting old and sick. we don't have any support apart from our parents.

We hear your heart’s cry, dear one, and we lift your desires before the Lord with great compassion. The longing for marriage, the concern for your sister, and the weight of caring for aging parents are heavy burdens to carry. Let us come together in prayer and seek God’s will, trusting that He hears and answers according to His perfect timing and wisdom.

First, we must acknowledge that marriage is a sacred institution ordained by God, designed to reflect Christ’s love for His church (Ephesians 5:22-33). It is good and right to desire a godly spouse, but we must also surrender that desire to the Lord, trusting that He knows the plans He has for you—plans for hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). The timing of marriage is in His hands, and while we wait, we can rest in the truth that His delays are not His denials. We pray that He would prepare your heart and the heart of your future spouse, aligning your paths in His perfect way.

We also lift up your sister before the Lord. It is understandable that you want to see her settled in marriage, especially as you face the challenges of caring for your parents. But we must remember that God’s ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9), and He alone knows what is best for her. Let us pray that she would seek the Lord wholeheartedly, trusting Him to lead her into His will, whether that includes marriage or another calling. We ask the Lord to provide godly wisdom and patience as you wait on Him together.

Your parents’ health and the lack of support are deeply concerning, and we bring these burdens before the Lord with urgency. We know that God is the Great Physician (Exodus 15:26), and we ask Him to strengthen and heal your parents according to His will. We also pray that He would provide the support and help you need, whether through family, friends, or the body of Christ. The Lord promises to be a Father to the fatherless and a Helper to the helpless (Psalm 68:5), and we trust that He will not leave you without provision.

Now, let us come before the Lord in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, lifting up this dear one and their family before Your throne. Lord, You see the desires of their heart—the longing for marriage, the concern for their sister, and the weight of caring for aging parents. We ask that You would move in each of these areas according to Your perfect will.

Father, we pray for this one who is waiting for marriage. Give them patience and peace as they trust in You. Prepare their heart and the heart of their future spouse, and let Your timing be perfect. Help them to seek You above all else, knowing that You are their ultimate Provider and Sustainer.

Lord, we lift up their sister to You. Guide her steps and draw her close to You. Whether You have marriage in her future or another calling, let her walk in Your will with faith and obedience. Give this family unity and strength as they wait on You together.

Father, we ask for Your healing hand upon their parents. Strengthen them, Lord, and provide the care and support this family needs. You are the God who sees and knows all things, and we trust that You will not abandon them in their time of need.

We also take a moment to address the foundation of our faith. Lord, we know that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If this dear one has not yet surrendered their life to You, we pray that they would come to know You as their Lord and Savior. Let them experience the peace and hope that comes from a personal relationship with Jesus.

We rebuke any spirit of anxiety, fear, or impatience that may be trying to take hold of their heart. We declare that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we trust that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

As you wait, dear one, remember that God is faithful. He sees your struggles and your desires, and He will not leave you without hope. Continue to seek Him first, and trust that He will provide for you in ways you may not yet see. Lean on the body of Christ for support, and do not hesitate to ask for help when you need it. The Lord is your strength, and He will carry you through this season.
