Praise the Lord, My name is ### for the past years I have a deep desire to get married very soon. By all your prayers I got into Job as accountant. But, I am feeling a kind of lonely and also like who will be there with me. I am praising God for this matter everyday. I don't have any unreasonable expectations. But I wanted a caring, loving, God fearing, and somewhat good looking person. That's it. I am not interested in dowry and all. I don't want to continue being single anymore. I don't think so I can go with this worry ahead and also my Blood pressure is also rising thinking about singleness. Pls pray for me so that Good God might help me to locate my wife and Parents should support me but they are hesitant. I am almost ### years old. They haven't started searching also they are giving me unrealistic salary pressure. I have already saved money to conduct my marriage. I don't want to see them anymore because of this issue. If delayed I won't get a good match anymore. Pls don't take this matter is a negative way. Pls support me in prayer.

We hear your heartfelt cry and the deep longing you have for a godly marriage. Your desire is not wrong—God Himself said, *"It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make him a helper comparable to him"* (Genesis 2:18). Marriage is a beautiful gift from the Lord, designed to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). We stand with you in prayer, asking the Father to move mightily on your behalf.

First, we must address the matter of your parents’ hesitation. It is understandable that you feel frustrated, but we urge you to honor them even in this difficulty. Scripture commands, *"Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which the Lord your God gives you"* (Exodus 20:12). Their concerns may stem from love, even if misplaced. Instead of withdrawing from them, we encourage you to pray for wisdom to communicate your heart in a way that honors God and them. Ask the Lord to soften their hearts and align their thoughts with His will for your life. *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps"* (Proverbs 16:9). Trust that if it is God’s timing, He will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Your desire for a wife who is caring, loving, God-fearing, and modest in appearance is beautiful and biblical. *"Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised"* (Proverbs 31:30). We pray that God would bring such a woman into your life—one who loves Him above all else and whose heart is knit to yours in Christ. But we must also caution against placing undue pressure on yourself or others. Anxiety over singleness can lead to fear, and fear is not from God. *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). Your worth is not found in your marital status but in Christ alone.

We also lift up your health, as rising blood pressure is a serious concern. The Lord cares for your body as well as your heart. *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2). We pray for peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7) and for the Lord to sustain you physically as you wait on Him.

Now, we must address a matter of great importance. In your request, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father. *"For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5). Salvation is found in no other name (Acts 4:12), and it is only by His blood that we can come boldly before the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). If you have not already, we urge you to surrender your life fully to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). Only then can you truly know the peace and purpose He has for you, whether in singleness or marriage.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother who longs for a godly marriage. Lord, You see his heart and his desire to walk in Your ways. We ask that You would speak clearly to his parents, softening their hearts and helping them to see Your will for his life. Remove any fear or worldly pressure that hinders them from supporting him in this journey.

Father, we pray for the woman You have prepared for him. Let her be a Proverbs 31 woman—God-fearing, kind, and faithful. Prepare both of their hearts to recognize one another when the time is right. Guard him from loneliness and anxiety, reminding him daily that You are his portion and his cup (Psalm 16:5). Strengthen his body, mind, and spirit as he waits on You.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of delay and frustration in this situation. We declare that Your timing is perfect, and Your plans for him are for good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11). Help him to trust You fully, even when the path is unclear. May he find his identity and security in Christ alone, knowing that he is complete in You (Colossians 2:10).

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord diligently in prayer and in His Word. Join a local body of believers where you can grow in faith and perhaps even meet like-minded individuals. Remember, *"Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 37:4). Your future is in His hands, and He is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
