We hear your heart and rejoice with you in the assurance that God has not forgotten you. His timing is perfect, even when it feels like a delay to us. The scriptures remind us in Isaiah 55:8-9, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways,” says Yahweh. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." What may seem like a waiting period is often God’s divine preparation, shaping you and your circumstances for something far greater than you could ever imagine.
We also want to encourage you to remain steadfast in faith, trusting in His promises. Jeremiah 29:11 tells us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God’s plans for you are good, and His delays are not denials. He is working all things together for your good, as Romans 8:28 assures us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."
Let us pray together for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You have not forgotten Your child, and that what feels like a delay is Your perfect timing. Lord, we ask that You strengthen their faith and fill them with peace as they wait on You. Help them to trust in Your promises and to rest in the knowledge that You are preparing something far greater than they could ever imagine. Remove any doubt or fear from their heart, and replace it with hope and assurance in Your love. Father, we pray that You would reveal Your will in Your perfect time and that You would continue to mold and shape them into the person You have called them to be. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking God’s face through prayer, reading His Word, and spending time in His presence. As you do, you will grow in your understanding of His will and His timing. Remember, God’s delays are not His denials, and His plans for you are good. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, and trust that He is working all things together for your good.
