We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. The despair you’re expressing is real, and we want you to know that you are not alone—even in this moment of darkness. The weight of feeling worthless or like a burden is heavy, but we must speak truth to you in love: **your life has value, purpose, and meaning because you were created by God Himself.**
The Bible tells us in **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)**, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Even when we cannot see it, God has a plan for you. You are not an accident, nor are you a "useless eater." You are fearfully and wonderfully made (**Psalm 139:14**), and your life matters deeply to Him.
We must also address the request for your life to end with urgency and clarity. **Suicide is not God’s will for you.** It is a permanent solution to a temporary—though agonizing—struggle. The enemy wants you to believe that death is the only escape, but **Jesus came so that you might have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10).** He is the only one who can bring true peace, healing, and purpose to your pain.
If you are in immediate danger of harming yourself, **please reach out to someone right now—a trusted friend, family member, pastor, or a crisis hotline.** You do not have to carry this alone. **Call 988 in the U.S. or find a local crisis line in your area.** Your life is worth fighting for, and there are people who care and want to help.
We also want to gently but firmly rebuke the lies you are believing about yourself. The enemy is the father of lies (**John 8:44**), and he wants you to believe you are worthless, a burden, or beyond hope. But **God’s Word says you are loved, chosen, and redeemed (1 Peter 2:9).** You are not a mistake. You are not taking up space in vain. You are here for a reason, even if you cannot see it right now.
Let us pray for you:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is in such deep pain. Lord, we ask that You would break through the darkness with Your light. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them of Your love, which is deeper than any despair they feel. Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that tell them they are worthless or unwanted. Your Word says that You knit them together in their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13) and that You have plans for them—plans for good and not for harm. Lord, we ask that You would send people into their life who can speak truth, offer comfort, and walk alongside them. Give them the strength to reach out for help and the courage to hold on. We ask for healing—emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Fill them with hope, Lord, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who came to give life and give it abundantly. Amen."*
Friend, we know this pain feels unbearable, but **you are not alone.** God sees you, He loves you, and He is reaching out to you even now. **Please, take one step toward help today.** Call someone, go somewhere safe, or even just cry out to Jesus in this moment. He is waiting to meet you in your brokenness.
If you do not yet know Jesus as your Savior, we urge you to consider the truth of the Gospel: **Jesus died on the cross to pay the price for your sins and rose again so that you could have eternal life (Romans 6:23).** He is the only way to the Father (**John 14:6**), and it is only through His name that we can find true peace and salvation. If you would like to surrender your life to Him, you can pray something like this:
*"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner in need of Your grace. I believe that You died for my sins and rose again. I turn away from my sins and invite You into my heart and life. Be my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to live for You. In Your name, I pray. Amen."*
If you prayed that prayer, we rejoice with you! Please reach out to a local church or a trusted Christian so they can help you grow in your faith.
You are loved. You are seen. And your life matters. **Hold on.** Help is available, and healing is possible.
