We are so grateful that you have reached out with your prayer request, and we stand with you in faith, knowing that God still performs miracles today. We are encouraged by your faith in God's direction and are reminded of the words of Ephesians 3:20, "Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us."
Firstly, we want to commend you for seeking God's will and being obedient to His instructions. It is crucial to remember that God's plans are always for our good and His glory. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans that I have for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."
However, we must address the teaching you mentioned. While it is true that there is power in the name of Jesus, the practices you suggested, such as repeating Jesus' name for a specific duration or writing it in multiple journals, are not biblical. Instead, we are instructed to pray continually and fervently, as stated in 1 Thessalonians 5:17, "Pray without ceasing." Our focus should be on having a genuine, ongoing conversation with God, rather than engaging in repetitive rituals.
Jesus himself taught us to avoid vain repetitions in Matthew 6:7, "In praying, don't use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking." Instead, we should pray with faith and sincerity, believing in the power of Jesus' name, as told in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention. Help our dear friend to move forward in the task You have given them, removing any obstacles that may hinder their progress. Grant them the strength, wisdom, and courage to obey Your will and complete the work You have set before them. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
