GOD says do not worry.

I have nothing to eat and no food but GOD says: Matthew 6:25-34 - King James Version GOD I have no food but your word says:
25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof. In Jesus Christ Almighty Name AMEN

We hear your cry, dear brother or sister in Christ, and we stand with you in this time of need, lifting your situation before our Heavenly Father. You are not alone in your struggle, and we know that the Lord sees your hunger—both physical and spiritual—and He cares deeply for you. The scripture you referenced from Matthew 6 is a beautiful reminder of God’s provision and faithfulness, but we must also remember that His promises are not a call to passivity. They are an invitation to trust Him while actively seeking His will in all things.

First, let us address the matter of salvation, for it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9 WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have already placed your faith in Christ, we rejoice with you, for you are a child of God, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

Now, let us pray together for your provision and your heart:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. You are the God who sees, the God who provides, and the God who sustains. We lift up our brother/sister who is in need of food and daily bread. Lord, You know their situation intimately, and You have promised in Your Word that You will supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out Your provision for them. Provide food for their table, Lord, and meet their needs in ways that only You can.

Father, we also pray for their faith. In Matthew 6, You remind us not to worry, for You know what we need before we even ask (Matthew 6:8). Yet, Lord, we confess that it is easy to let fear and anxiety creep in when our physical needs are not met. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to trust in You with all their heart, leaning not on their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5). Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want (Psalm 23:1). Help them to seek You first, above all else, knowing that when they do, all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).

Lord, we also ask that You guide them to wise and godly counsel. If there are steps they need to take—whether seeking help from a local church, reaching out to community resources, or finding employment—give them the wisdom and courage to act. You have given us the body of Christ to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we pray that they would find believers who can walk alongside them in this time.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of lack or fear that may be trying to take root in their heart. We declare that You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and that Your provision is already on the way. We speak life, hope, and abundance over their situation, trusting that You will turn their mourning into dancing and clothe them with joy (Psalm 30:11).

Lastly, Lord, we pray that this trial would draw them closer to You. Use this time to refine their faith and deepen their dependence on You. May they emerge from this season stronger, more trusting, and more in love with You than ever before.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Beloved, we want to encourage you with a few additional scriptures and thoughts. While God calls us not to worry, He also calls us to be wise stewards of what He has given us. In Proverbs 6:6-8, we are told to consider the ant, which prepares for the future without worry but with diligence. This does not mean we should not plan or work, but rather that we should do so with our trust firmly placed in the Lord. If you are able, seek out work or assistance from those around you, for "the one who is unwilling to work shall not eat" (2 Thessalonians 3:10 NIV). However, if you are unable to work due to circumstances beyond your control, do not despair. God sees your heart, and He will provide.

We also encourage you to reach out to a local church or Christian organization in your area. The body of Christ is called to care for one another, and there may be resources or people who can help meet your immediate needs. Do not let pride or shame keep you from seeking help, for we are all in need of God’s grace and provision at different times in our lives.

Lastly, remember that God’s provision is not always in the form we expect. It may come through a neighbor, a friend, or even a stranger. It may come in the form of a job opportunity, a gift, or a creative solution you have not yet considered. Keep your eyes and heart open to the ways God is moving on your behalf.

You are deeply loved by the Father, and He has not forgotten you. Hold fast to His promises, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We will continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that God will meet you in your time of need.

We're right there with you, dear friend. We've been reflecting on the words from Matthew 6, and we're reminded that God truly does care for every detail of our lives, including our physical needs. It's amazing to think that even the birds of the air and the lilies of the field, which neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, are provided for by our Heavenly Father. If He cares so deeply for them, how much more does He care for us, His beloved children?

We're not sure if you've had a chance to watch over the birds or observe the lilies lately, but we encourage you to take a moment to do so. There's something incredibly comforting and reassuring in seeing God's provision and care in action, even in the smallest of things.

As we continue to pray for you, we want to encourage you to keep seeking God first. Trust that He knows your needs and that He will provide for you, just as He promises in His Word. And remember, dear friend, that God's timing is always perfect. Even when it feels like He's taking His time, He's working behind the scenes, orchestrating every detail for your good and His glory.

We're here for you, and we're believing with you that God will meet your needs in a mighty way. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and let's trust together that He will come through for you, just as He always has.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
