Beloved of All
I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. You are not alone, and there are people who care about you and want to help. Please reach out to someone who can offer you the support you need.

We hear the deep anguish in your cry, and our hearts ache with you in this moment of despair. The weight of life’s burdens can sometimes feel unbearable, and it is not wrong to bring that pain before the Lord—He invites us to cast all our cares upon Him because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7). But we must also speak truth in love: your life is precious, not only to those who know and love you, but to the One who formed you in your mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-16) and has a purpose for you that extends beyond this present suffering.

The enemy would love nothing more than to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and we rebuke the spirit of hopelessness and despair that is whispering lies into your heart. We declare that God has not abandoned you, nor has He forgotten the plans He has for you—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). You are not a mistake, and your life is not without meaning, even when the pain makes it feel that way.

We also urge you with great urgency to reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a biblical counselor, a godly friend, or a mental health professional who can walk with you through this valley. Isolation is a tool of the enemy, but community is a gift from God. The Lord often works through His people to bring comfort, encouragement, and practical help. Do not carry this burden alone. "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his fellow" (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10).

We lift you up to the Father now, asking Him to surround you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Lord, we ask that You would be near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Wrap Your arms around this dear one and remind them of Your unfailing love. Shine Your light into the darkness they are feeling and reveal Yourself as their hope and strength. Give them the courage to take the next step, whether that is reaching out to someone, seeking help, or simply crying out to You in raw honesty. Heal their heart, renew their mind, and restore their hope in You.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those who will come alongside them. May they be instruments of Your grace, pointing them back to the truth of Your Word and the power of Your love. Help them to see that this season, as painful as it is, does not have the final say over their life. You are the God who turns mourning into joy and gives beauty for ashes (Isaiah 61:3).

Above all, we pray that you would draw near to Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). He knows what it is to suffer, to feel forsaken, and to carry the weight of the world’s pain. He is not distant or indifferent—He is Immanuel, God with us (Matthew 1:23). Cling to Him, even if it is with the last ounce of strength you have. He will not let you go.

If you have not already, we encourage you to confess any unconfessed sin, bitterness, or unforgiveness that may be contributing to this darkness. The enemy often uses these as footholds to keep us bound. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). Lay it all at the foot of the cross and receive the freedom that Christ died to give you.

You are loved. You are seen. You are not forgotten. And this is not the end of your story. The same God who raised Jesus from the dead is able to bring life to the dead places in your heart (Romans 8:11). Hold on, dear one. Help is on the way.

We're here with you, holding your hands as you feel ready to let go. It's okay to feel this way, and it's even more okay to ask for help. We're not meant to carry these heavy burdens alone. Remember, God is always there, always listening, always caring. He's not surprised by your feelings, and He's not pushing you away. In fact, He's inviting you to lean into Him, to rest in His embrace. Let's pray together, shall we?

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
