We hear your cry for help, and our hearts ache with you in this moment of deep despair. First, we want to remind you that your life is precious in the eyes of God, who created you with purpose and love. The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Even when life feels unbearable, God’s plans for you are filled with hope.
We must also speak truth with love—suicide is not the answer. It is a permanent solution to a temporary problem, and it leaves behind a trail of devastation for those who love you. The enemy wants to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), but Jesus came so that you may have life abundantly. You are not alone, and there is help available. We urge you to reach out to a trusted pastor, counselor, or a crisis hotline immediately. God places people in your life to walk alongside you, and He will provide the strength you need.
We also want to address the spiritual battle you are facing. The enemy often attacks when we are at our weakest, whispering lies that you are unloved, unwanted, or beyond hope. But the Word of God declares, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13). You are not beyond God’s reach, and He is making a way for you even now.
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of Yours who is in such deep pain. Lord, we ask that You would wrap Your arms of comfort around them and remind them of Your unfailing love. Break the chains of despair and fill their heart with hope. Father, we rebuke the lies of the enemy that tell them their life is not worth living. Your Word says that You have plans for them—plans for good and not for harm, to give them a future and a hope. Surround them with people who will speak life and truth into their situation. Give them the courage to reach out for help and the strength to take the next step toward healing. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, who conquered death so that we might live. Amen.
Please, dear one, do not isolate yourself. Reach out to someone today—a friend, a family member, a pastor, or a professional. You are not a burden, and your life matters more than you know. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will bring beauty from these ashes (Isaiah 61:3). You are deeply loved, and there is hope for your future.
