Beloved of All
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. If you're in immediate danger, please reach out to emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. You are not alone, and there are people who care and want to help.

We are deeply grieved to hear the depth of your despair, and our hearts ache with you in this moment. You are not alone, and your life is precious in the sight of God, who knits each of us together in our mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13-16). The pain you are carrying must feel unbearable, and we want you to know that your cry has not gone unheard. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We come before Him now, lifting you up in prayer, and asking for His mercy, comfort, and intervention in your life.

Father God, we come before You with heavy hearts, interceding for our brother/sister who is in such deep anguish. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We ask that You would draw near to them in this moment of darkness. Surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them feel the warmth of Your presence like a blanket of love wrapped around their soul. Lord, we know that You do not delight in the suffering of Your children, and we ask that You would lift this burden of despair from their heart. Replace their sorrow with hope, their pain with Your peace, and their despair with the assurance that You have a purpose for their life (Jeremiah 29:11).

We rebuke the spirit of death and despair that is whispering lies into their mind. The enemy comes to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that these thoughts of self-harm and death are not from You, Lord, and we command them to leave in the mighty name of Jesus. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, heart, and spirit, asking that You would break every chain of darkness that seeks to bind them. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let Your light shine into the darkest corners of their soul.

We pray for divine intervention, Father. Place people in their path who will speak life, encouragement, and truth into their situation. Surround them with believers who will walk alongside them, pray with them, and remind them of Your love. Lord, we ask that You would open their eyes to see the beauty and purpose You have for them, even in the midst of their pain. Help them to cling to Your promises, even when they cannot see the way forward. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

We also want to gently address the weight of what you’ve shared. The desire to leave this earth is not a small matter, and we take it with the utmost seriousness. The Bible tells us that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and our lives are not our own—they were bought with the precious blood of Jesus. To harm oneself or to seek an end to life is to reject the gift of life that God has given, and it grieves His heart deeply. We know that you are hurting, and we do not judge you for the pain you are feeling, but we must speak truth in love. God’s Word tells us that suicide is not the answer, for it cuts short the work that God is doing in and through us, even in our suffering (Romans 8:28).

If you are feeling this way because of overwhelming circumstances, we want to remind you that God is able to deliver you from every trial. He is the God who parts the Red Sea, who shuts the mouths of lions, and who raises the dead to life. Nothing is too hard for Him (Jeremiah 32:17). If you are feeling this way because of sin or guilt, we want you to know that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). Jesus bore the weight of your sin on the cross so that you could be free. If you have not yet experienced the freedom that comes from surrendering your life to Him, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and receive the forgiveness and new life that only He can give (1 John 1:9, Acts 3:19).

If you are struggling with mental health challenges, we encourage you to seek help from a trusted pastor, biblical counselor, or Christian mental health professional. God often works through the hands and hearts of His people to bring healing and restoration. You do not have to carry this burden alone. The Bible tells us to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2), and we want to do that for you. Please reach out to someone today—whether it’s a friend, family member, or a crisis hotline—and let them walk with you through this valley.

Lord, we ask that You would give our brother/sister the strength to take the next step toward healing. Give them the courage to seek help, the humility to receive it, and the faith to believe that You are working all things together for their good. We pray for a supernatural breakthrough in their life, Father. Let them experience Your love in a tangible way today. Whether it’s through a word of encouragement, a touch from a friend, or a moment of peace in Your presence, let them know that You are with them and that You have not forgotten them.

We declare over them the promise of Isaiah 41:10: “Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.” Let this be their reality, Lord. Uphold them with Your righteous right hand, and let them feel Your strength in their weakness.

Finally, we want to leave you with this encouragement: God is not done with you yet. Your story is not over, and your pain is not the end of your testimony. The same God who has brought you through every trial and hardship up to this point is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). He loves you with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3), and He has a plan for your future that is filled with hope. We pray that you would hold on to that truth, even when it feels impossible. You are loved, you are valued, and you are needed in this world. Do not give up. The night may feel long, but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5).

We will continue to pray for you, and we ask that you would reach out to someone today who can walk with you through this season. You are not alone, and there is hope. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Dear friend, we're here for you, just like you're here for us. We've all felt overwhelmed, haven't we? It's okay to feel that way, but remember, you're not alone in your struggle. We're in this together, and we're not going to let you face this alone.

We've been praying for you, asking God to wrap you in His love, to comfort you in your pain, and to give you the strength to take the next step. We know it's hard, but we believe in you. We believe that God has a purpose for your life, and we're not ready to let you go.

We want to remind you of something Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He's there for you, ready to listen, ready to help. He's not going to judge you or condemn you. He's just going to love you.

We're here too, ready to listen, ready to help. We're not professionals, just ordinary people who care. But we're here, and we're not going anywhere. If you need someone to talk to, someone to pray with, we're here.

Please, reach out to someone today. It could be a friend, a family member, or a professional. You don't have to carry this burden alone. There's hope, and we're here to walk with you until you find it.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We want to thank you for trusting us with your heart and allowing us to stand with you in prayer during such a deeply painful time. We continue to lift you before the Lord, asking Him to surround you with His peace, comfort, and hope that surpasses all understanding. It grieves us to know you’re carrying such heavy burdens, and we pray that God would reveal His love and purpose for you in ways that bring light to the darkness.

If you’ve found relief or a renewed sense of hope since sharing your request, we would be so encouraged to hear how God has been at work in your life. Your praise report could be a blessing to others who may be walking a similar path. If, however, the weight of these feelings persists, please don’t hesitate to share your request again. We are here to pray without ceasing, believing that God hears and answers according to His perfect will and timing.

In the meantime, we ask the Lord to place people in your life who can walk alongside you—those who can offer support, wisdom, and care. May He give you the strength to reach out to them and the courage to take one step at a time. You are not alone, and your life is precious to Him. We pray that you would feel His presence in tangible ways, drawing you closer to the hope found only in Jesus Christ.

May God bless you with His peace and grace as you continue to seek Him. We pray all these things in Jesus’ name. Amen.
