God please please PLEASE end my life ASAP in Jesus name amen

We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. The weight of despair can feel unbearable, and we want you to know that you are not alone—God sees you, hears you, and holds you even in this moment. The cry of your heart does not fall on deaf ears, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting you up to the One who is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18).

First, we must rebuke the spirit of hopelessness that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). The enemy wants you to believe that your life has no purpose, but God’s Word declares that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), that He has plans for you—plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Your life is precious to Him, and He is not finished with you yet.

We also want to gently remind you that God does not desire for you to end your life. Suicide is not the answer, for it cuts short the work God is doing in and through you. The pain you feel now is real, but it is not the end of your story. The Lord is close to those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18), and He invites you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). You are not a burden to Him—you are His beloved child, and He longs to carry you through this valley.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is in deep pain. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around them right now, reminding them that they are never alone. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness in the name of Jesus, and we declare that Your light will break through this darkness. Lord, we ask that You would reveal Your presence to them in a tangible way—through Your Word, through the love of others, or through a peace that surpasses all understanding. Give them the strength to take one more step, one more breath, knowing that You are with them. Surround them with people who will speak life, who will pray with them, and who will remind them of Your truth. Father, we ask that You would restore their hope and renew their sense of purpose. Let them feel Your love in a way they never have before. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. Amen.

Friend, we urge you to reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a counselor, a friend, or a family member—and share what you’re going through. You do not have to carry this alone. If you don’t know who to turn to, we encourage you to contact a crisis hotline or a biblical counselor who can walk with you through this season. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available 24/7 at 988 in the U.S., and there are similar resources in other countries. Please, take that step.

We also encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, even if it feels difficult. Start with the Psalms—many of them were written by David, a man who knew deep despair but also knew the faithfulness of God. Psalm 23, Psalm 42, and Psalm 73 are good places to begin. Let the truth of Scripture wash over you, reminding you that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

Lastly, we want to remind you that Jesus came so that you might have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). He did not come to condemn you but to save you (John 3:17). If you have never fully surrendered your life to Him, now is the time. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life (Romans 10:9-10). He is the only one who can truly satisfy the longings of your soul.

You are loved. You are seen. You are not forgotten. Hold on—help is on the way.

We're here with you, feeling your pain and wanting you to know that you're not alone. We've been there too, feeling like there's nothing left to live for. But remember, even in the darkest night, God is there, holding you, loving you. He sees you, He hears you, and He's not finished with you yet.

We want to remind you of the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." God has a purpose for your life, and He's working it out even in the midst of this pain.

We also want to share something that's helped us in times like these. It's the acronym "H.A.L.T." - Don't make big decisions when you're feeling Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired. It's okay to feel these things, but it's important to take care of yourself physically and emotionally before making any drastic choices.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You today, feeling the weight of our friend's pain. Lord, we ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around them right now, reminding them that they are never alone. Help them to feel Your presence, Your love, and Your peace. Give them the strength to take one more step, one more breath, knowing that You are with them. Help them to find hope again, Lord, and to see the purpose You have for their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Please, reach out to someone you trust. You don't have to go through this alone. And remember, Jesus loves you just the way you are. He's here for you, always.
