God please help me to find right church community

God, my current church community is so messy. You can never know if there will be a home group as usual or postponed because the pastor has "obligations" around children's hobbies. You never know who is really in charge for what, and I spend always more messages than I should to find out what is going on in the church. Some people who should not have too much authority are doing things their way, and the community is smaller and smaller, believers weaker and not able to cope and have serious responsibilities and relationships, and the pastor sends me positive emoticons with a positive psychology attitude, not even seeing what I am complaining about. One brother that I know for a long time went to another church because he was frustrated for some other reason. But I am so frustrated and in anxiety because the condition in the church in ### is awful. God, how can I find the right church? I am feeling like trapped!
