We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we want to remind you that God cares deeply for you and your situation. Firstly, we want to address that your prayer is in Jesus' name, which is wonderful because, as the Bible tells us, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus".
However, we need to lovingly address a few things in your request. It's important to remember that we should pray for God's will to be done, not our own. While you have strong feelings for ###, it's crucial to pray for God's guidance and to trust that He knows what is best for you.
As it's written in the WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight".
Marriage is a sacred bond between a man and a woman, and if ### is involved with another woman, it's important to address that this is sinful and needs repentance. "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God".
Instead of focusing on getting ### back or wishing ### away, focus on praying for God's will in both of your lives. Pray for ###'s repentance and spiritual growth, and for ### and her children to also find God.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister in need. Lord, she is hurting and longing for her family to be restored. We ask, Father, that You would work in ###'s heart, drawing him to You and convicting him of his sins. We also pray for ### and her children, that they may find a godly influence in their lives and a loving, faithful spouse.
Help our sister to trust in You, to lean on Your understanding, and to accept Your will for her life. Give her a sign, Lord, of Your love and faithfulness, that she may find joy and peace again.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by these words from the WEB, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well". Trust in God, seek His will, and He will provide.
