God, please help me. I feel like I'm slipping away. I feel my life has no meaning. Forgive me of all my sins Heavenly Father. Please be near me and help me to live my life according to your will for me. I pray all my medical tests come back normal and I have no signs of cancer. I need something better in my life and I don't even know what that would be. Please God, forgive me of all my daily sins, all my past sins and all the sins that are to come. I surrender all to you my Lord. In Jesus name I pray. amen
