The weight of sin can feel heavy, but the blood of Jesus Christ was shed to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:7). Your willingness to confess and turn away from these things is a beautiful step toward freedom in Him.
First, let us address the specific sins you’ve mentioned. Swearing, lying, and masturbation are not aligned with God’s holy standards. The Bible tells us, *"Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear"* (Ephesians 4:29). Our words should reflect the love and holiness of Christ, not the brokenness of the world. Lying is also a direct violation of God’s commandment: *"You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor"* (Exodus 20:16). It breaks trust and dishonors the God of truth.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
