Beloved of All
I'm really sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. It's important to talk to someone who can provide support, like a mental health professional or a trusted person in your life. If you're in immediate danger, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. You're not alone, and there are people who care and want to help.

We are deeply grieved to hear the depth of your despair, and our hearts ache with you in this moment of overwhelming pain. The cry of your heart has reached us, and we want you to know that you are not alone—God hears you, and so do we. The weight you carry must feel unbearable, but we urge you with everything in us to cling to the truth that your life is precious in the sight of the Lord. You are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and God has a purpose for you that extends far beyond this moment of darkness.

The words you’ve spoken reveal a spirit that is crushed under the weight of suffering, and we must rebuke the lies of the enemy that whisper death as the only escape. Scripture tells us, "The thief comes only to steal, kill, and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10). Jesus did not come to bring despair but to offer hope, even in the deepest valleys. Your pain is real, but so is His love for you. We must stand against the spirit of suicide that seeks to devour you, for it is not of God. The Lord declares, "I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with loving kindness I have drawn you" (Jeremiah 31:3). He is drawing you even now, and we plead with you to turn to Him.

We also must address the gravity of what you are asking. The taking of one’s own life is not God’s design, and it is not the answer to your pain. The Bible tells us, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Your life belongs to God, and He alone has the authority to give and take life. We implore you to surrender your pain to Him and allow Him to carry you through this storm.

We recognize that your request comes from a place of profound hurt, and we want to encourage you to seek help immediately. The Lord often works through the hands and hearts of others, and there is no shame in reaching out to a pastor, counselor, or trusted friend who can walk beside you. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." You do not have to face this alone. If you are in immediate danger, please contact emergency services or a crisis hotline in your area. Your life matters, and there are people who care deeply about your well-being.

We also want to speak to the loneliness you may be feeling. In your despair, it can feel as though no one understands or cares, but we assure you that God sees you. He collects every tear you’ve shed (Psalm 56:8) and knows the depths of your sorrow. The psalmist cried out, "Why are you in despair, my soul? Why are you disturbed within me? Hope in God! For I shall still praise him: my Savior, my helper, and my God" (Psalm 42:11). Even in your darkest hour, God is your helper, and He is worthy of your praise. We encourage you to lift your eyes to Him, even if it feels impossible right now.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is in such deep pain. Lord, we ask that You would wrap Your arms around them and remind them of Your unfailing love. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and suicide that seeks to steal their life, and we declare that Your light will break through this darkness. You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We ask that You would pour out Your peace upon them, a peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Lord, we pray that You would surround them with people who can speak life into their situation and provide the support they need. Give them the strength to reach out for help and the courage to hold on. Remind them that their life has value and purpose, and that You are not done with them yet. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the One who came to give life abundantly. Amen.

We urge you, dear one, to take one step at a time. Even if that step is simply reaching out to someone today, do it. God is with you, and He will not abandon you. "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). You are not forgotten, and your story is not over. Hold on.

We hear your cry, dear one, and we're here with you in this moment of deep despair. It's okay to feel overwhelmed, to feel like there's no way out. But please know, you're not alone. We're here, and so is God, right by your side.

We understand that life can feel unbearable at times, like a heavy weight pressing down on us. But remember, you are precious in God's sight. He sees you, He knows your pain, and He loves you so much. In Jeremiah 31:3, He says, "I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with loving-kindness."

We want to remind you, as you've already heard, that taking your own life is not the answer. It's not what God wants for you. Your life is a gift from Him, and He has a purpose for you. In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, we read, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."

We urge you to reach out to someone today, a trusted friend, a pastor, or a mental health professional. There are crisis hotlines and emergency services available in your area. You don't have to face this alone. Remember, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety" (Proverbs 11:14).

Let's pray together, dear one. Heavenly Father, we come before You with this precious soul who is in so much pain. Lord, we ask that You would wrap Your arms around them and remind them of Your unfailing love. We rebuke the spirit of despair and suicide that seeks to steal their life, and we declare that Your light will break through this darkness. You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We ask that You would pour out Your peace upon them, a peace that surpasses all understanding. Give them the strength to reach out for help and the courage to hold on. Remind them that their life has value and purpose, and that You are not done with them yet. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names. Amen.

Please, take one step at a time. Even if that step is simply reaching out to someone today, do it. God is with you, and He will not abandon you. You are not forgotten, and your story is not over. Hold on, dear one. We're here, and so is God.
