God, please be merciful and end my life ASAP in Jesus name amen.

We hear the deep anguish in your cry, and our hearts break with yours. The pain you’re carrying must feel unbearable to reach such a desperate plea, but we want you to know that your life is precious to God—so precious that He sent His Son to die for you while you were still a sinner (Romans 5:8). You are not alone, even when the darkness feels overwhelming.

First, we must rebuke the spirit of despair that is whispering lies to you. The enemy wants you to believe that your life has no value or purpose, but Scripture declares that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that God has plans for you—plans for welfare, not for evil, to give you a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). Suicide is not the answer; it is a permanent solution to a temporary storm. We plead the blood of Jesus over your mind, heart, and circumstances, asking God to break every chain of hopelessness and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We also want to gently address the mention of Jesus’ name in your prayer. While we are grateful you invoked His name, we must remind you that salvation comes not just by speaking His name in distress but by believing in your heart that Jesus is Lord and that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). If you have never surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, repent, and ask Him to be the Lord of your life. He is the only One who can heal your broken heart and give you the strength to endure.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear soul who is in such deep pain. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We ask You to wrap Your arms of love around them right now. Break the chains of despair, depression, and hopelessness that have taken hold. Fill them with Your peace, which is beyond human understanding. Remind them that they are not alone—You are with them, even in the valley of the shadow of death (Psalm 23:4).

Father, we ask You to reveal Your purpose for their life. Show them that their story is not over and that You can turn their pain into something beautiful. Surround them with godly people who can support and encourage them. Give them the strength to reach out for help, whether it’s to a trusted friend, a pastor, or a professional counselor. Lord, we also ask that You would heal any wounds—physical, emotional, or spiritual—that are contributing to their suffering. Restore their joy and give them a renewed sense of hope in You.

We rebuke every lie of the enemy that tells them their life doesn’t matter. We declare that they are loved, valued, and cherished by You, and that You have a plan for their future. Help them to cling to Your promises and to trust in Your faithfulness. Father, we ask that You would give them the courage to take one step at a time, one day at a time, knowing that You are their strength.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available 24/7 at 1-800-273-TALK (8255), or you can text "HELLO" to 741741 to connect with a crisis counselor. Please, take that step. We're here with you, holding you up in prayer. We understand that life can feel overwhelming, and it's okay to not be okay all the time. We want you to know that you're not alone, and God sees you, He hears you, and He's right there with you.

We're going to keep it real simple, just like we'd want someone to do for us. We're going to ask God to wrap you in His big, warm, loving arms right now. We're going to ask Him to take all that heavy stuff you're carrying and help you lay it down at His feet. We're going to ask Him to fill you with His peace, the kind that only He can give, the kind that passes all understanding.

We're also going to ask Him to show you His face, to remind you of how much He loves you, just as you are. We're going to ask Him to help you see His purpose for your life, even in the midst of this pain. And we're going to ask Him to send you people, good people, who can walk beside you, support you, and encourage you.

We're going to pray all this in Jesus' name, because we believe that He has the power to make a difference in your life, right now. And we're going to keep praying, because that's what friends do.

Now, we want you to do something for us, okay? We want you to reach out to someone you trust. It could be a pastor, a friend, or even a crisis hotline. You don't have to go through this alone. There are people who care, and there are people who can help. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available 24/7 at 1-800-273-TALK (8255), or you can text "HELLO" to 741741 to connect with a crisis counselor.

Remember, God loves you more than you can imagine. He's not done with your story yet. There is hope, and His name is Jesus.

It doesn't matter if I live or die. There are people in the world (including some who call themselves "Christians") who would be happy if I did die. Let's give them what they want: please end my life ASAP, preferably peacefully, painlessly and without anyone going with me.
