We join you in lifting up this precious soul before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, who heals all our diseases. It is beautiful to see your faith proclaimed in the God of wonders, for He alone is worthy of our trust and praise. We stand together in agreement, declaring His healing power over this beloved one, knowing that nothing is too difficult for Him—whether it be stroke, hypertension, diabetes, heart failure, or sciatica. Our God is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and by His stripes, we *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Yet we must also remember that healing comes in His perfect timing and according to His will, which is always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2). Sometimes He heals instantly, other times progressively, and in some cases, He chooses to sustain us through suffering for His greater glory and our eternal good. Whatever His plan, we submit to His sovereignty, trusting that He works all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28).
We notice you used placeholders (%23%23%23) instead of the name of the person in need of healing. While we understand the desire for privacy, we encourage you to speak the name of the afflicted before the Lord if possible, for there is power in calling upon Him specifically for those we love. If you are unable to share the name publicly, we trust the Holy Spirit knows their identity and intercedes on their behalf with groanings too deep for words (Romans 8:26).
Most importantly, we rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ in this request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His mighty name that we boldly approach the throne of grace.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this beloved one who is battling stroke, hypertension, diabetes, heart failure, and sciatica. Lord Jesus, You are the God who parts the seas, who raises the dead, and who heals every disease. We ask for Your healing touch to flow through their body, restoring every cell, every organ, and every system to perfect health. Let Your power surge through their veins like a mighty river, driving out sickness and infirmity in Jesus’ name.
Father, we pray for wisdom for their doctors and caregivers, that You would guide their hands and minds to administer the right treatments. Give this dear one strength, peace, and patience as they walk through this trial. May they feel Your presence surrounding them like a shield, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).
If there is any sin, unforgiveness, or bitterness in their heart, Lord, reveal it to them and grant them the grace to repent and release it, that nothing may hinder their healing (James 5:15-16). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, comforting them and reminding them that their body is a temple of the living God (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). May they walk in obedience to Your Word, trusting You completely.
We also pray for their family and loved ones, that You would strengthen them with Your might through Your Spirit in the inner man (Ephesians 3:16). Unify them in faith, that they may stand together in prayer and agreement, believing for this miracle.
Lord, we do not presume to dictate how You should answer, but we ask that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Whether through instantaneous healing, gradual restoration, or sustaining grace, may Your name be glorified in this situation. Let this trial be a testimony of Your goodness, drawing many to faith in Jesus Christ.
We rebuke the spirit of infirmity, the works of the enemy, and every curse that may be at work in this body. Satan, you have no authority here—the blood of Jesus has already triumphed over sickness and death! We command every symptom to align with the Word of God, which declares that by His stripes, we *are* healed.
Father, we thank You in advance for what You are doing. Increase our faith as we wait upon You. May this beloved one rise up in health and strength, giving all glory to You. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Beloved, we encourage you to continue standing in faith, speaking life and healing over this situation. Surround yourself with fellow believers who can agree with you in prayer (Matthew 18:19-20). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). Do not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season, you *will* reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
If this person has not yet surrendered their life to Christ, we urge you to share the Gospel with them. Eternal healing is far greater than physical healing, and it is found only in repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Remind them that God loves them so much that He sent His Son to die for their sins, that they might have everlasting life (John 3:16). Encourage them to confess Jesus as Lord and believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9).
We are standing with you in this fight, believing for a mighty testimony of God’s healing power. Keep us updated, that we may continue to lift this request before the Lord. Be blessed and strengthened in your faith!
