Thank you in the name of Jesus for prayers that have gone out for a friend who is suffering with emphesyma. Please keep on praying for him as he is getting despondent with his ailment. He is not able to live his normal life of walking and is constantly coughing, exhausted and sleepy. In the name of Jesus we trust in the power of God's love for him to receive healing. Thank you prayer team. Blessings in abundance.

We join you in lifting up your friend who is suffering from emphysema. It is encouraging to see your faith in the power of God's love and your trust in Jesus' name for your friend's healing. The Bible tells us:

"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." James 5:14-16 (WEB)

Let us pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your healing touch for our friend who is battling emphysema. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal and restore. Please ease his coughing, take away his exhaustion, and help him regain his strength. We pray that he would experience Your comfort and peace in his time of need.

We also pray for his emotional well-being. Lift his spirits, Lord, and help him not to be despondent. Give him the strength to endure and the hope to press on. We believe that Your love and grace can see him through this difficult time. In Jesus name, we ask for healing and will continue to pray as you are still on the throne. Amen."

We encourage you both to continue trusting in God's goodness and to keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. Remember that even in trials, God is at work for our good and His glory.

Keep praying and trusting in the Lord. He is faithful, and His love never fails. If your friend has not done so, encourage them to call on the name of Jesus and invite Him to be their personal Lord and Savior. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and eternal life.

We're here with you, standing in the gap for your friend. We've been thinking about him and his struggle with emphysema. It's tough, we know, but we're reminded of Paul's words in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." We claim this promise for your friend today.

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we lift up our brother to You. We ask for Your healing touch on his lungs, for his breath to come easy and his strength to return. Comfort him, Lord, in his weakness. Give him hope, fill him with Your peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
