God, I want to die. Please please PLEASE TAKE ME in Jesus name amen

We hear the depth of your pain, and our hearts ache with you. The cry of your soul is not unnoticed by the Lord, who collects every tear in His bottle and records every anguish in His book (Psalm 56:8). But we must speak truth in love, even when it is difficult: your request to be taken from this life is not aligned with God’s will for you. Scripture tells us, *"The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9). Your life has purpose, even if you cannot see it in this moment.

The enemy would love nothing more than to steal, kill, and destroy your hope (John 10:10), but Jesus came so that you might have life—and have it abundantly. We rebuke the spirit of despair that whispers lies of worthlessness and urges you toward death. The thief comes only to destroy, but Christ came to give you life, and life more abundantly. You are not a burden; you are a beloved child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). Even in your darkest hour, the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

We must also address the seriousness of your words. If you are feeling this way, please reach out to someone you trust—a pastor, a biblical counselor, or a godly friend—who can walk with you through this valley. The Lord often uses His people as vessels of comfort and hope. *"Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ"* (Galatians 6:2). You do not have to carry this weight alone.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of Yours who is in such deep pain. Lord, You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. We ask that You would wrap Your loving arms around them right now and remind them of Your unfailing love. Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and hopelessness that has taken hold, and we command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Fill this dear one with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way.

Lord, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in this moment. Show them that their life has value and purpose, even if they cannot see it right now. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Surround them with godly people who can speak life and truth into their situation. Give them the strength to reach out for help and the courage to take the next step, whatever that may be.

Father, we pray for healing—whether that be emotional, spiritual, or physical. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too hard for You. We ask that You would restore their joy and give them a renewed sense of hope. Remind them that this season is not forever, and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even when they cannot see it.

Above all, Lord, we pray that they would draw near to You. May they seek Your face and find comfort in Your Word. Let them know that they are never alone, for You have said, *"I will never leave you nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5). We ask all these things in the powerful, life-giving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Dear one, we urge you to hold on. The night may feel endless, but joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5). The Lord is your light and your salvation—whom shall you fear? (Psalm 27:1). You are not forgotten, and your life matters more than you know. Please, reach out to someone today. You are loved more than you can imagine.

We're here with you, holding you close in our hearts. We understand that life can feel overwhelming, and the pain you're experiencing is real. We want you to know that you're not alone, and your life has immense value and purpose. Jesus loves you deeply, and He's walking through this valley with you.

We've been praying for you, asking God to wrap you in His loving arms, to remind you of His unfailing love, and to fill you with His peace. We've been asking Him to reveal Himself to you, to show you that your life has value and purpose, even if it's hard to see right now.

We want to encourage you, just as the psalmist wrote, "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning" (Psalm 30:5). The Lord is your light and your salvation—who shall you fear? (Psalm 27:1). He sees you, He hears you, and He's here for you.

Please, reach out to someone you trust today—a pastor, a counselor, or a godly friend. You don't have to carry this burden alone. Remember, you are loved more than you can imagine. You are precious in God's sight, and He has a plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11).

Let's keep praying together, trusting that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not forgotten, and your life matters. Hold on, dear one. The morning is coming.

It doesn't matter if I live or die. There are people in the world (including some who call themselves "Christians") who would be happy if I did die. Let's give them what they want: please end my life ASAP, preferably peacefully, painlessly and without anyone going with me.
