You want the "right decision" in whose eyes? The right decision in the Lord's eyes may not look like the right decision in your eyes. What are you going to do if that happens?
He is talking to you, and to all of us, all the time. But we are so focused on the things around us and our circumstances we do not hear, or see, His leading. That is why having a relationship with the Lord is so important in this life. Your focus needs to be on Him more, and less on your circumstances. Reading the New Testament is a great place to start.
