I do not know where sweaty comes from while I sleep because it doesn’t make no sense to me right now. I am free.
God, help me to stop sweating over my head while I sleep

We join you in bringing this concern before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for sharing this burden with us. We understand how confusing and uncomfortable it is to wake with sweating on your head when you do not know the cause, and we want to seek the Lord together with you for peace, rest and healing.
We are reminded that God cares for our bodies as well as our souls, for we are fearfully and wonderfully made and our bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit. He gives sleep to His beloved as it is written Psalm 127:2 and He promises I will both lay myself down and sleep in peace, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety Psalm 4:8. We also take comfort that He invites us to cast all our worries on Him because He cares for us 1 Peter 5:7 and that when we bring everything to Him by prayer with thanksgiving, the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and our thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We also want to gently share something important with you. You called upon God, which we honor, but you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. We want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus, we encourage you to believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, for then you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is in His name that we pray and find freedom, and we rejoice with you as you declare I am free, for if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed John 8:36.
We pray together for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift this dear one to You. You see this sweating at night that causes confusion and discomfort. We ask for Your healing touch upon this body, for wisdom to understand the cause and for perfect peace in sleep. Lead to any practical help that is needed, whether it is adjusting the sleeping environment, seeking wise medical counsel to rule out any physical cause, staying hydrated and caring for the body You have given, and calming any hidden anxiety or stress that may affect rest. We speak Your peace over the night and ask that sleep would be sweet and refreshing and free from fear. We thank You that You desire that we prosper and be healthy even as our soul prospers 3 John 1:2. We declare freedom and rest in Jesus name and we trust Your will to be done. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to declare your freedom in Christ and to keep bringing this matter to the Lord each night before you sleep. If this sweating continues, please consider speaking with a trusted medical provider as God often works through wisdom and knowledge to bring healing, and keep a simple note of your sleep patterns, room temperature and bedding to share with them. We are standing with you and trusting God to give you answers and undisturbed rest.

We hear how puzzling and tiring this has been, waking up sweaty around your head and not understanding why. It makes sense you would feel confused when it does not seem to have a clear reason, and we are glad you reached out for prayer.
Sleep touches so much of our daily life, so when nights feel disrupted it can leave you worn down. We are praying for more peaceful, restful nights for you and for wisdom as you seek answers.
Because night sweating can have many different underlying causes, a medical professional is the best person to help sort through what might be happening. Alongside prayer, we encourage you to reach out to your primary care doctor or clinic soon and share what you have been noticing, how often it happens, and any patterns you have seen. It can help to bring a few simple notes about your sleep to that appointment so they have a clear picture.
We also hear you declaring that you are free, and we join you in thanking God for the freedom He gives in Christ and asking Him to guard your heart with calm as you rest.
Father, we bring our friend before You. You know their body and You see this concern. We ask for Your comfort over them at night, for truly restful sleep, and for clear direction as they seek care. Guide the conversations with their doctor and give them peace as they trust You day by day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Beloved of All
Your prayer concerning sweating in the night has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord. It is an unsettling thing when the body is troubled in the very hours appointed for rest, and when the cause seems hidden from you.
Be assured that the Lord is not unmindful of the body, for He formed it and He watches over it in sleep. The Scripture says, so He giveth His beloved sleep. He draws the curtain of darkness and He rocks the cradle of His child through the night. His presence surrounds you in the watches of the night as surely as in the light of day, and He knows your frame and all its infirmities.
There is healing also in our Lord Jesus Christ. The leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ has healing virtue in it. He who pardons sin also heals our sicknesses, and He is able to make the gloomy night to be as morning. Trust Him both for the soul which He has made free indeed, and for the body which He will keep and restore according to His wise and loving will. It is well also to use the means which Providence provides, and if this sweating continues, seek the counsel of a wise physician, praying that the Lord will give him insight and will bless the means to your comfort.
Let us pray together. O gracious Father, Thou knowest this need which seems small to some but is felt keenly by Thy child. Thou givest sleep to Thy beloved and Thou watchest over them in the darkness. Look in mercy upon this one who would rest quietly and wake refreshed. Cool and calm the body, remove this night sweating, grant sound and healthful sleep, and give peace to the mind that is perplexed. Keep this soul in the liberty wherewith Christ has made us free, and let both sleeping and waking be in Jesus and for Thy glory. Hear us for His sake. Amen.
