We understand your cry for help in this time of financial need, and we come before the Lord with you, lifting this burden to Him who owns all things and provides for His children. Yet we must first address something deeply important—your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have access to the Father. The Scriptures declare, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). It is only by His name that we are heard, for *"no one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6, WEB). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now—repent of your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and call upon His name. Without faith in Christ, even our prayers are empty.
Now, let us turn to your financial struggle. The Lord sees your need, and His Word promises, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19, WEB). Yet we must also examine our hearts: Are we seeking first His kingdom and righteousness, trusting that *"all these things will be given to you in addition"* (Matthew 6:33, WEB)? Financial hardship can be a test of faith, a call to rely not on our own strength but on His provision. Have you been faithful in tithing and giving, even in lack? *"Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse... and test me now in this," says Yahweh of Armies, "if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for"* (Malachi 3:10, WEB).
We also ask: Are there areas of disobedience in your life—debt incurred recklessly, laziness, or a refusal to work when able? Scripture warns, *"If anyone doesn’t want to work, neither let him eat"* (2 Thessalonians 3:10, WEB). Yet if your need is genuine and your hands are clean, take heart: *"The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek Yahweh will not lack any good thing"* (Psalm 34:10, WEB).
Let us pray together:
*"Heavenly Father, we lift this beloved child before You, asking for Your mercy and provision in their financial distress. Lord, if there is any sin or disobedience in their life, convict them by Your Spirit and lead them to repentance. Open doors of opportunity no man can shut, and grant them wisdom to steward what You provide. Break the spirit of poverty and lack, and let them experience Your abundance—not for greed, but for Your glory and the advancement of Your kingdom. Strengthen their faith to trust You even when the way seems dark. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Provider and Redeemer, we pray. Amen."*
Stand firm in faith, dear one. The Lord is your shepherd—*"you shall not want"* (Psalm 23:1, WEB). Seek Him first, walk in obedience, and watch as He moves on your behalf. If this trial persists, let it drive you deeper into His presence, for *"it is better to take refuge in Yahweh than to put confidence in man"* (Psalm 118:8, WEB). We are praying with you!
