We hear your cry for financial help, and our hearts go out to you in this time of struggle. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise as we lift you up in prayer, trusting that God sees your need and will provide in His perfect timing and way.
First, we must address the foundation of our faith. It is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father and the hope of salvation. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead. This is the first and most important step in receiving God’s provision and peace.
Now, let us come before the throne of grace together. Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one who is facing financial hardship. Lord, You know their needs before they even ask, and You are a God who provides. We ask that You open doors of opportunity for them—whether through work, wise stewardship, or the generosity of Your people. Give them wisdom to manage what they have, and surround them with godly counsel. Father, we rebuke the spirit of lack and fear in the name of Jesus, declaring that You are their Provider, their Jehovah Jireh. Strengthen their faith and remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted. We ask for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Amen.
In addition to prayer, we encourage you to seek practical help. Proverbs 13:11 says, "Wealth gained dishonestly dwindles away, but he who gathers by hand makes it grow." Look for honest work, even if it is not what you envisioned, and trust God to bless your efforts. Reach out to your local church or Christian organizations—they may have resources or connections to assist you. Avoid debt traps or get-rich-quick schemes, as these often lead to greater bondage. Instead, trust in God’s provision and lean on Him daily.
Remember, God often uses trials to draw us closer to Him. James 1:2-4 says, "Count it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing." This season may be refining your faith and teaching you to rely on God in new ways. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not lose heart.
Lastly, if you are struggling with anxiety or despair, cast your cares on the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Financial stress can feel overwhelming, but God is bigger than your circumstances. We encourage you to meditate on His promises and stand firm in faith, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not alone—we are praying with you, and God is fighting for you.
