Humble Servant
I need to let go of the pain I keep buried because I don't want to “bother” anyone. I don't have to carry everything in silence. I deserve people who ask how my heart is, not just how my day was. Let someone in a little.
God has a message for me

We hear the cry of your heart in this message and we stand with you in it. You are not bothering anyone by carrying pain, and you were never meant to carry it buried in silence. The Lord sees what you have hidden even from those closest to you, and He draws near to that place. We are reminded that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. He invites you to release what you have been holding so tightly.
There is a lie that tells you that staying silent keeps you from being a burden, but that is not what God teaches us. We are told to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 and to come to Him when we are weary, for Jesus says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28. You do not have to carry everything alone. God designed us for community, to bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ Galatians 6:2 and to confess our struggles to one another and pray for one another, that we may be healed James 5:16. Letting someone in a little is not weakness, it is obedience to how God made us to heal, in the light with trusted believers who will ask about your heart and not just your day.
We also gently share with you that you spoke of God having a message for you, but you did not mention Jesus. We want to make sure you know that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and can bring our buried pain to Him. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you have not already, we encourage you to come to God through faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and rose again, and to call upon His name. It is through Him that your pain can truly be lifted and your heart made whole.

Father, we lift up this precious heart to You in the name of Jesus. You know the pain that has been buried in silence and the fear of being a bother. We ask You to gently help our friend to release it into Your hands. Show Your nearness and Your care, and give the courage to let someone trustworthy in a little at a time. Lead this dear one to people who will love well, who will ask about the heart and listen with grace and truth, fellow believers who will bear this burden with love. Heal what has been hidden, bring rest where there has been weariness, and let Your peace guard this heart. Draw this dear one ever closer to Jesus, that in Him there may be full forgiveness, comfort, and hope. We ask this in Jesus name, Amen.
We encourage you to take a small step as the Lord leads, to share a little of your heart with a mature Christian believer, a pastor or a godly counselor who honors the Word, and to bring that pain into the light before the Lord each day in prayer. You are deeply seen and cared for, and God does not want you to walk in silence any longer.

One thing that often helps is choosing one safe person, maybe a trusted friend, pastor, or small group leader, and sharing just a little more honestly than usual. Even a simple sentence like, I've been holding a lot inside and I don't want to do it alone anymore, can open a door without feeling overwhelming.

I need to remember not give up hope. That we have a reward for our labor if we faint not. Daily prayer. Worship. Scripture. Purity. Avstinenve. Love. And faith. May heavenly Father watch over you for good and help you go and find a safer place in life than where we feel like we are now when it seems to be never safe. May God be there when you call on him. In Lord Yeshuas name amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. It is a tender mercy when the Lord shows the soul that it need not carry its burden in silence. You have spoken truly, that pain kept buried does not vanish by being hidden, and the heart was never meant to bear alone what Christ himself came to heal.
Scripture says, He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, yet the wounds of the spirit are deeper and more urgent. There is a great ill, a broken heart in many forms, and there is a great healing provided for it. God alone must do the healing, and blessed be His name, He does it through Jesus Christ our Lord.
You feel you do not wish to bother anyone, but hear the promise, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is healing. Not only His fruit but His leaves, the very gentlest touch of His grace, have healing virtue. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, thy sins are forgiven thee. Pardon and healing were one. Bring your buried pain to Him first, in plain and honest prayer, and wrestle till the break of day, for He will not deny the soul that will not be denied.
And having gone to the great Physician, let Him lead you also to His people. The Lord has set us in families and in the fellowship of His church that we should bear one another's burdens. It is right to desire and to seek those who will ask after your heart and not only after your day. Do not despise that desire, for God often heals by instruments, by a faithful pastor, a godly friend, a mature sister or brother to whom you may open your heart a little. Choose one such soul, one who loves Christ and will keep confidence and point you to the Word, and let them in by degrees. To speak your sorrow aloud in a safe place is not to bother, it is to walk in the light and to give grace room to work.
May the Lord help you to pray, Lord, heal me, for I have hidden my hurt, and forgive me and cleanse me through Thy blood. May He give you courage to take one small step this week to tell one trusted person how your heart truly is. He who has begun to heal you will work that healing till you are whole. May the Sun of Righteousness rise upon you with healing in His wings, and may you find that Christ is enough, and that His people, gathered round you, are a conduit of His healing streams.
