We stand with you in faith, lifting your heartfelt request to our Heavenly Father. Your desire for God’s presence and assurance that He will never leave you is deeply rooted in Scripture. The Lord has promised, *"I will never leave you, nor forsake you"* (Hebrews 13:5 WEB). This is not just a comforting thought—it is a divine covenant, a promise sealed by the blood of Jesus Christ.
We rejoice that you have come before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we may approach the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23 WEB). It is through His sacrifice, His resurrection, and His intercession at the right hand of the Father that we have access to God’s presence and power. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for *"there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Let us pray together for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for Your faithfulness and love. We lift up our brother/sister who seeks the assurance of Your presence in their life. Lord, You have promised never to leave or forsake us, and we claim that promise over them today. Fill them with the peace that surpasses all understanding, a peace that can only come from knowing You are with them in every step they take. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them feel Your nearness in both the valleys and the mountaintops. When doubt or fear creeps in, remind them of Your unfailing love and the truth of Your Word. We ask that You go before them, walk beside them, and dwell within them, guiding their path according to Your perfect will.
Father, we also pray for a deepening of their relationship with You. Draw them closer to Your heart, that they may know You more intimately and trust You more completely. Let Your Holy Spirit minister to their spirit, comforting them in times of loneliness and reminding them that they are never alone. May they find their strength in You, for You are their refuge and fortress. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on these truths daily. When you feel distant from God, remember that He is not the one who moves—we are. James 4:8 tells us, *"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you"* (WEB). Spend time in prayer, in the reading of His Word, and in fellowship with other believers. These are the ways we cultivate a deeper relationship with Him.
If there are areas in your life where you may have strayed from His will, we gently encourage you to repent and turn back to Him. The Lord is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB). His grace is sufficient, and His mercy is new every morning.
