We come before the Lord with a heart of intercession for your situation, lifting up the Health Professions Council of South Africa in prayer. It is good to seek God’s favor and wisdom in all matters, especially those that impact your calling and service to others. We recognize that favor comes from the Lord, and we ask Him to go before you, softening hearts and opening doors according to His perfect will.
The scriptures remind us in Proverbs 21:1, "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." We pray that the hearts of those in authority over this matter would be inclined toward justice, mercy, and truth. May the Lord grant you favor in their eyes as you walk in integrity and humility before Him.
We also stand with you against any opposition, for the Word declares in Romans 8:31, "What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?" We rebuke every spirit of delay, confusion, or intimidation that may seek to hinder God’s purposes in this situation. May the enemy’s plans be exposed and dismantled, and may his schemes be turned back upon him, as Psalm 7:15-16 tells us, "He has dug a hole, and has fallen into the pit which he made. The trouble he causes shall return to his own head. His violence shall come down on the crown of his own head."
However, we must also gently remind you to guard your heart against any spirit of bitterness or unforgiveness toward those who may oppose you. Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you." Even in the face of opposition, we are called to respond with grace and trust in God’s sovereignty. Let us pray that God would not only grant you favor but also fill you with His peace and confidence as you wait upon Him.
We lift this matter to the Lord in prayer:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with thanksgiving, acknowledging that You are the God who opens doors no man can shut and shuts doors no man can open. We ask for Your favor to rest upon our brother/sister as they seek resolution with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. Lord, we pray that You would go before them, preparing the hearts of those in authority to receive them with fairness and wisdom. Grant them clarity, patience, and perseverance as they navigate this process.
Father, we ask that You would expose and dismantle every plan of the enemy that seeks to delay or derail Your purposes. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may every obstacle be removed in Jesus’ name. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn.
Lord, we also pray for our brother/sister’s heart. Guard them against discouragement, fear, or bitterness. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good. Help them to walk in love and forgiveness, even toward those who may oppose them, trusting that You will vindicate them in Your perfect timing.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your faithfulness and declare that this situation is in Your hands. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified through it all. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s guidance through His Word and in prayer. Remember that God’s timing is perfect, and He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, and trust that He will lead you every step of the way. If there are any areas where you may need to extend forgiveness or seek reconciliation, do not hesitate to surrender those to the Lord as well. He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think!
