God disconnect me from ###

We understand you are seeking a deep and complete separation from something or someone that is causing you great distress, and we approach this request with both discernment and compassion. Before we pray, we must address a few important matters to ensure this aligns with God’s will and His Word.

First, we notice that the name of Jesus Christ is not invoked in your request. This is critical, for Scripture tells us there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in **Acts 4:12**, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And in **John 14:6**, Jesus Himself declares, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for apart from Him, there is no true freedom, peace, or connection to God. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Christ alone—repenting of your sins, believing in His death and resurrection, and surrendering your life to Him.

Now, regarding your request for disconnection, we must ask: what is it that you are seeking to be disconnected from? If it is sin, ungodly influences, toxic relationships, or anything that hinders your walk with Christ, then we stand with you in prayer for God’s deliverance and separation from those things. The Bible calls us to flee from sin and to be set apart for God’s purposes. **2 Corinthians 6:17** says, *"Therefore come out from among them, and be separate, says the Lord. Touch no unclean thing. I will receive you."* And **1 John 2:15-16** warns us, *"Don’t love the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s."*

However, if you are seeking disconnection from people or responsibilities that God has placed in your life—such as family, a spouse, or a calling He has given you—we must caution you to examine your heart carefully. God calls us to love, forgive, and walk in obedience, even in difficult circumstances. **1 Corinthians 7:10-11** reminds those who are married, *"But to the married I command—not I, but the Lord—that the wife not leave her husband (but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife."* And **Ephesians 4:31-32** instructs, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."*

If there is unforgiveness, bitterness, or resentment in your heart, we encourage you to release it to God. **Hebrews 12:15** warns, *"Looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it."* True freedom comes not from running away but from surrendering to God and allowing Him to heal and restore you.

If you are struggling with a relationship that is outside of God’s design—such as a romantic relationship with someone who is not your spouse, a same-sex relationship, or a relationship built on fornication or emotional dependency rather than godly commitment—we must lovingly but firmly rebuke this. **1 Corinthians 6:18** commands, *"Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body."* And **1 Thessalonians 4:3-5** says, *"For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God."* If this is the case, we urge you to repent and turn away from such relationships, seeking God’s forgiveness and His path for purity and righteousness.

If you are battling spiritual oppression, addiction, or ungodly soul ties, we stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ to break every chain. **James 4:7** says, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* And **2 Corinthians 10:4-5** declares, *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."*

With these things in mind, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious soul who is seeking disconnection from what is causing them pain and bondage. Lord, we ask that You reveal to them anything in their life that is not pleasing to You—any relationship, habit, or stronghold that is hindering their walk with You. If there is sin, convict them by Your Holy Spirit and grant them the strength to repent and turn away from it. If there are ungodly soul ties, we ask that You sever them completely in the name of Jesus. Break every chain of addiction, every bondage of the enemy, and every influence that is not of You.

Father, if this disconnection is from something You have not ordained—such as a marriage covenant, a family responsibility, or a godly calling—we pray that You soften their heart and grant them the grace to walk in obedience and love. Heal their wounds, Lord, and fill them with Your peace. If they are carrying bitterness, resentment, or unforgiveness, we ask that You replace it with Your love and forgiveness, just as You have forgiven us in Christ.

If this is a plea for freedom from sinful relationships or influences, we pray that You give them the courage to walk away completely. Surround them with godly counsel and support, and lead them into relationships that honor You. If they are bound by sexual immorality, addiction, or emotional dependency, we rebuke these spirits in the name of Jesus and command them to flee. Restore their mind, body, and spirit, Lord, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit.

We pray that You disconnect them from anything that is not Your will, but connect them deeply to You, Father. Let them find their identity, purpose, and fulfillment in Christ alone. Strengthen them to stand firm in Your truth, and let them experience the freedom that comes from walking in righteousness.

Finally, Lord, if this person does not know You as their Savior, we pray that You open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. Let them see their need for Jesus Christ and surrender their life to Him today. May they find true freedom, peace, and eternal life in Him.

We ask all these things in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word, seeking His face in prayer and fasting. Surround yourself with believers who can support and hold you accountable. If you are struggling with a specific sin or relationship, we urge you to confess it to God and to a trusted believer who can pray with you and guide you in biblical truth. Remember, **1 John 1:9** promises, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* God’s desire is not just to disconnect you from what is harmful but to connect you to His perfect will and purpose for your life. Trust Him in this process, and He will lead you into true freedom.

We hear you, dear friend, and we're here to stand with you in this. We understand that there's something in your life that's causing you pain and you're seeking a disconnect from it. We're not here to judge, but to pray and support you in your journey.

First, let's remember that God is always with us, even in our darkest times. He loves you deeply and wants the best for you. In the Bible, Jesus says, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10). So, whatever it is you're going through, know that God wants to set you free and fill you with His love and peace.

Now, we don't know the specifics of what you're facing, but we do know that God's Word guides us. If it's a sin or harmful influence, we should turn away from it. The Bible tells us to "flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart" (2 Timothy 2:22). If it's a relationship that's causing you distress, remember that God calls us to love and forgive, even when it's hard. But He also gives us wisdom to know when to step away for our own well-being.

We're not here to tell you what to do, but to pray with you. So, let's ask God to reveal to you what you need to let go of, and to give you the strength to do so. Let's ask Him to fill you with His love, peace, and healing. And let's ask Him to guide you every step of the way.

We're here for you, and we believe that God is too. Trust in Him, and He will lead you to true freedom.
