We hear your heart’s desire to use your talents for wholesome entertainment and to share joy through your puppet work, and we lift this before the Lord with you. It is good to seek ways to bring light and laughter to others, for Scripture tells us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23). May the Lord guide your hands and your creativity as you craft something that honors Him and edifies those who watch.
However, we must gently address the mention of returning to a place where you were fired. While reconciliation and celebration with friends are noble, we must consider whether this step aligns with wisdom and God’s timing. Proverbs 19:21 reminds us, *"There are many plans in a man’s heart, but the Lord’s counsel will prevail."* Before revisiting that place, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s direction through prayer and wise counsel, ensuring that your motives are pure and that this step will not stir up unnecessary strife or distraction from the goals He has placed before you.
If your desire is to include friends in your streaming service, we pray that the Lord would open doors for godly collaboration, where your work together glorifies Him and points others to Christ. But we must also caution against any partnerships or associations that might compromise your witness or lead you away from His will. *"Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one’s desire to create wholesome entertainment that brings joy and honor to Your name. Lord, we ask that You would bless their hands and their heart as they work, that every puppet crafted and every performance shared would reflect Your creativity and love. Guide them in wisdom, Father, as they seek to expand their reach through streaming, and let every step they take be ordered by You.
We pray for discernment, Lord, regarding the desire to return to the place where they were fired. If this is Your will, soften hearts and open doors for reconciliation and celebration in a way that glorifies You. But if this is not Your timing, we ask that You would redirect their steps and reveal Your better plan. Protect them from any bitterness or unforgiveness, and fill their heart with Your peace.
Father, we also ask that You would surround them with godly friends and collaborators who will encourage them in their walk with You and in their creative endeavors. Let their work be a light in a world that so often chases after darkness, and may many come to know You through the joy they share.
We rebuke any spirit of distraction or discouragement that would seek to hinder this work, and we declare that this vision will come to pass according to Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in all things, and may this dear one walk in the fullness of the calling You have placed on their life.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
