I join you in thanking God and bringing your request before Him. It is good that you want to honor your mother by helping her sell this property with honesty and diligence, and that you desire to provide through faithful work.
Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come to You with thanksgiving. You are our provider and You see this need. We ask for Your wisdom and guidance for this family. Bring a good and honest buyer for this house at a fair price that is right for all involved. Give clarity and peace between mother and child, and help all agreements about the price and commission to be handled openly, truthfully and without quarrel. Guard their hearts from anxiety and from the love of money, and teach them to trust Your timing and Your provision. Grant diligence in the work of seeking a buyer, integrity in every conversation, and contentment in whatever You provide. May the outcome bring provision for the household and glory to You. Amen.
