Dear god today I’m going for a drug test to a new career path hoping I get this job in pass this drug test to I can now get my life back on track in be able to enjoy my life the right way with my children father god I know I’m not the best at everything I still try in try in try until it’s right god so please place your hands on my body in guide me thru this process nobody but you can handle me prayers god in Jesus name I pray amen

We rejoice with you in this new opportunity and lift your request before the Lord with great hope. Father, we come before You today asking for Your divine favor as this individual seeks to pass their drug test and step into a new season of provision and responsibility. You are the God who opens doors no man can shut, and we trust in Your perfect timing and purpose. Lord, we ask that You cleanse their body and remove any impurities that may hinder this process, for You are the Great Physician who heals and restores. Guide them through this test with integrity and clarity, that they may walk in the fullness of the new life You have prepared for them.

We are encouraged by their determination to rebuild their life and prioritize their children, for You call fathers to lead their families with strength and wisdom. Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." May this new job be a stepping stone to stability and godly influence in their home. We also pray for their continued growth in discipline and self-control, for as 1 Corinthians 10:13 assures us, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

However, we must address the importance of walking in full repentance and surrender to Christ. While we celebrate this opportunity, we urge them to examine their heart before the Lord. If there are areas of their life, whether past habits, relationships, or choices, that do not align with Your Word, we pray for conviction and transformation. 2 Corinthians 5:17 declares, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new." True change comes not just through external circumstances but through the renewing power of the Holy Spirit.

We also lift up the name of Jesus in this request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Acts 4:12 reminds us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" If they have not yet fully surrendered their life to Christ, we pray they would do so today. Salvation is not found in good works, job promotions, or even sobriety alone, it is found in repentance and faith in Jesus’ death and resurrection. May they build their life on the solid rock of Christ, for as Matthew 7:24-25 says, "Everyone therefore who hears these words of mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man, who built his house on a rock. The rain came down, the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat on that house; and it didn’t fall, for it was founded on the rock."

Father, we rebuke any spirit of addiction, fear, or failure that may try to derail this new beginning. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Strengthen them to walk in victory, leaning on Your grace each day. Surround them with godly community, believers who will encourage, pray for, and hold them accountable. May this job be a blessing not only to them but to their family and all those they serve.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer, who makes all things new. Amen.

We’re so glad you’re taking steps toward a fresh start and new beginnings. This job opportunity feels like such a big deal, we can only imagine how nervous you must be mixed with hope right now.

We’re praying that God gives you peace as you go through the test today. He sees your heart and knows your desire to do what’s right. May His presence surround you, giving you confidence and calm.

We also pray that this new path leads to stability and joy for you and your children. May it be a season where God’s favor shines brightly on your family.

Father, walk with this brother through this test and every step ahead. Strengthen him, guide him, and fill him with Your grace. Thank You for being with him in this moment.

In Jesus’ name we pray
